Moved, he was truly moved.

"I don’t like them, I just like the crunch, crunch sound." Su Yinhe said, and continued to crunch away.

Lin Murong’s words held zero credibility, but Su Yinhe, looking at him, thought about it and still barely believed him.

"Here you go, here you go, really." After giving them to him, Su Yinhe sat beside him and watched him eat.

"What... Why are you looking at ? Do you want so too?" Lin Murong asked, midway through his snack.

"Scram, if I wanted so, would I give them to you? If I wanted so, I’d just eat them myself. Would I even give them to you?"

"True. You’re not short on food, I am. Heh heh heh." Lin Murong chuckled and then continued eating.

Then, he quickly finished another one.

And it looked like he still wasn’t full.

Su Yinhe: "..."

"By the way, do you want so fried chicken cartilage?" Su Yinhe asked before he could.

There was still so fried chicken left, but her stock was running low.

She needed to conserve it.

"Fried chicken cartilage?" Lin Murong looked puzzled, but he wanted to keep eating it.

"Yeah, fried chicken cartilage, do you want so?" She had bought a lot of them before, mainly because they were cheap and ca in large quantities.

Perfect for soone who eats as much as Lin Murong.

"Yes, yes, yes, I want everything that’s edible." How could he say no to food?

"Okay, then I’ll get them for you." Su Yinhe took out five packs.

"Eat up, there’s all kinds of flavors. There’s spicy flavor, cumin flavor, Orleans flavor..." She had bought every flavor available the last ti.

She had once loved eating fried chicken cartilage while working for a period but eventually got tired of it after eating too much.

"Thank you. Galaxy, you really are a good person," Lin Murong said, touched.

Galaxy had actually given him five packs all at once.

Moved.

"Hehe, thank you for complinting . I am indeed a good person," Su Yinhe said, her voice tinged with rare guilt.

Those fried chicken cartilages, in truth, were leftovers she didn’t want.

Cough, cough, cough...

It was Lin Murong’s hard luck.

But, it wasn’t really a hardship either.

After all, it was still food.

Others might not even have the chance to eat it.

Only Lin Murong was so fortunate.

"Heh heh heh, cross my heart," Lin Murong picked up two pieces of the fried cartilage and made a heart shape for Su Yinhe.

Su Yinhe: "..."

Hmm...

Hmm...

It was hard to comnt, so she chose not to.

And so, while Lin Murong gnawed on the fried chicken cartilage and Chi Yan ate fries, Su Yinhe held a cup of water and watched the two of them eat.

It wasn’t that she didn’t want to eat; it was just that she had sneakily eaten quite a bit while preparing them.

She was slightly fed up.

She had a small appetite and didn’t eat much.

Hmm...

How could it not count?

These fried chicken cartilages, they get more addictive the more you eat them and the flavor gets better.

It gets spicier the more you eat, too.

Initially, it wasn’t spicy, but as Lin Murong kept eating, he started to feel the heat.

Then he began to drink water frantically.

Su Yinhe, quite considerate, saw this and refilled his water for him.

"Galaxy, you’re actually quite nice," Lin Murong said, his face full of appreciation.

"Of course," Su Yinhe nodded and accepted his praise.

"Heh heh heh," Lin Murong snickered, finishing a glass of water before continuing to eat.

Su Yinhe, watching him about to finish, tily refilled his supply with a few more packs and poured another glass of water.

Considerate boss, providing service online.

Chi Yan looked on, feeling envious.

But he didn’t directly say it.

He just stopped eating the fries and stared straight at Su Yinhe.

Su Yinhe felt his gaze, froze, and then realized what was going on.

She poured him a glass of water.

"Cough cough cough... You... um... Have so water. After eating fries for so long, you must be thirsty."

"It’s okay, not as thirsty as Lin Murong." Chi Yan still had a smile on his face, his tone light, but it was tinged with sarcasm.

Su Yinhe: "..."

Su Yinhe silently poured him so more water.

anwhile, Lin Murong, who was eating fried chicken: "..."

He had the feeling that disaster had struck out of the blue.

Should he... not have shown up in front of the two of them?

He might get caught in the crossfire.

He wanted to live, to live well.

"Should I leave?" Lin Murong asked tentatively, holding the fried chicken.

"Leave? Where can you go?" Chi Yan raised an eyebrow, "Can you leave the supermarket?"

Lin Murong: "???"

"No, you’re being unfair now. I will not leave the supermarket. I am a man of the supermarket in life and in death, and I’ll remain its treasure. Don’t think you can drive away to monopolize Galaxy! Don’t think I don’t know what you’re up to." Lin Murong spoke with righteous indignation.

Su Yinhe: "What is he up to? Tell , go into detail." Su Yinhe was really curious.

Lin Murong looked at her and coughed twice.

"This... I can’t say, I have my pride. It’s embarrassing to say."

"So... what is it." Su Yinhe was really curious. "You... still have pride?" Su Yinhe was skeptical.

"How do I not have pride? Of course, I do! I have lots of it! I have such a big face." Lin Murong looked at her incredulously.

"Is that so?" Su Yinhe scrutinized his face for a while, "I always thought you were shaless. Sorry, my mistake."

Su Yinhe apologized to him.

However, the apology was worse than none at all; Lin Murong felt like he was going to explode with anger.

"How could you be like this? You’re too much." Lin Murong was really going to explode with anger.

Galaxy’s words were becoming increasingly infuriating.

"I’m too much? Not really. I even treated you to so much food." Su Yinhe feigned innocence. "How can you call excessive?"

"You are excessive, you’re bullying ." Lin Murong felt like crying.

"Where have I? Don’t slander ." Lin Murong was flabbergasted, how had it turned into him bullying Galaxy?

He wouldn’t dare.

He wouldn’t dare to bully the boss.

After all, he lived off her, how could he dare bully her?

He wasn’t the kind of person without sha... wait, how did it loop back to that again?

"Whether it’s slander, you know it in your heart." Su Yinhe fired back.

A familiar phrase.

Lin Murong looked at her, then at Chi Yan.

Damn, no wonder people say they are a pair.

Birds of a feather flock together, their speech is exactly the sa.

"I know? What do I know? How would I know? You two, ganging up on ." He really wanted to whine.

"No way, where did we? You’re overthinking." Su Yinhe gestured with her hand, telling him not to overthink it.

"I’m overthinking? Are you sure it’s ?" Lin Murong looked at her doubtfully.

"Absolutely sure." Su Yinhe’s face was firm.

No sign could be seen of her duping him.

"You... I don’t believe you." Lin Murong didn’t believe her one bit.

"Believe it or not, if not, tough." Su Yinhe also made a heart gesture at him.

Lin Murong: "???"

Such a sarcastic heart gesture.

Galaxy, you’ve been corrupted.

And it seems it was by his influence.

Damn it.

"Don’t do that, I’m scared." Lin Murong shivered.

"What’s there to be scared of, don’t be afraid." Su Yinhe went over and gently patted his head.

"You... Great, now I’m even more scared."
