The fifth condition—”Awakening Energy Boost Maxed.” Wang Tao’s current Awakening Energy is over nine thousand, almost ten thousand, but he’s not clear what counts as Maxed. But since there is a Max level, there’s a cap, and as long as he fuses enough Awakening Crystal Cores and Awakening Energy Pearls, he will surely et the goal. Moreover, while fusing Awakening Crystal Cores, he can also increase Mana cap at the sa ti—these two Attributes can be enhanced simultaneously.

Regarding the last Basic Attribute, “A Trace of Primary Law Power,” that’s the new attribute that’s just appeared on his panel.

According to the description there, slaying a creature bearing the Power of Laws will grant Primary Law Force. When Primary Law Force reaches 100%, it automatically fuses into a Primary Law. However, it doesn’t specify how much is obtained from a single creature—if one only gains 1% each ti, gathering 100% Primary Law Force would take a long ti.

And the reason why Wang Tao has this attribute of Primary Law Force is because of this Catastrophe-level Radiation Zombie before him!

According to the panel’s introduction, once all six Basic Attributes are t, one can choose to fuse these Attributes and then attempt to comprehend a “Law Domain.” This Law Domain is similar to an Awakening; just as one ascends to Level 4 after a successful Awakening, successful comprehension of Understanding of Law would allow one to ascend to the Seventh Level.

However, unlike Awakening, if diving into the Law Domain fails, one might only lose so HP, Secret Key, increasing the difficulty of the next Awakening, but there would be no mortal danger.
