Apocalypse: I Can See the HP Bar, Killing Monsters Drops Loot Chapter 1300 - 1300 537 Temporary Joining
Chapter 1300: Chapter 537 Temporary Joining Chapter 1300: Chapter 537 Temporary Joining “It should be here…”
Wang Tao and Jiang Shixue rode the enlarged Lightning, following the coordinates given by Liu Bo, and arrived near an abandoned factory.
This factory was one of the rendezvous points for Liu Bo and the others from Dusk Church. Liu Bo had originally planned to check if there were any ssages left by his superiors, only to accidentally see a herd of zombies wandering towards and then entering the factory.
The might of this group of zombies was fearso, even though he was still quite far away, he already felt a vague sense of fear in his heart.
Thus, Liu Bo surmised that there was a high probability of a Level 5 Lord amongst this group of zombies. He didn’t dare to enter and could only turn around and leave.
There were many eting points for the Dusk Church; even if this factory were rendered unusable, it would not be a big loss, especially since he hadn’t received any ssages from his superiors for a long ti.
However, the problem was that this factory was too close to his Flying Sand Lake Base, which was also the prison, about ten kiloters away. Previously, prisoners undergoing reform through labor in Flying Sand Lake Prison would work in this factory.
Ten kiloters was nothing for zombies. Those that could move about in such an environnt weren’t afraid of the cold and could easily reach Feisha Lake Prison.
If this zombie herd discovered people inside the prison… the Flying Sand Lake Base would be in trouble. After all, so of the stronger zombies could jump over ten ters high; the high walls of the prison might not be able to hold up now…
“Eh? There seems to be soone inside the factory!”
Suddenly, Wang Tao’s eyebrows twitched.
He saw so sneaky figures near the exterior wall of the factory, which he initially thought were zombies, but the figures had green blood bars.
“Let’s go over and take a look!”
Wang Tao slipped over with interest.
This team had a total of 16 people, among them 4 were Fourth-order Awakeners, three n and one woman. The remaining 12 people were all Level 3 ability users.
Their strength was not weak. According to the information received from Liu Bo, these people were likely from Silver Serpent Base.
However, it looked like the relationship between these four Awakeners was not very good…
“Peng Nan, you’ve been looking for quite a while now, when are we going to go in?” a man shaped like a round ball said in a low voice with dissatisfaction.
The man called Peng Nan was a young man with thick glasses and a fairly thin face. He had his eyes closed, as if he were asleep. Upon hearing the fat man’s words, he then opened his eyes and looked at the fat man expressionlessly:
“What’s your hurry! Our target this ti is three Level 5 Lords! A slight mishap could lead to total annihilation! We agreed earlier that you would all follow my commands throughout the operation. If you, Yu Li, want to back out now, feel free; I won’t stop you.”
“You also know that we’re dealing with three Level 5 Lords, I’m just afraid of changes if we’re too late!”
Yu Li, the fat man, still seed unsatisfied upon hearing Peng Nan’s words, though his tone softened quite a bit.
“All right, all right! Since we all agreed before to follow Peng Nan’s lead, we won’t go back on our word. Yu Li is well-aning, after all, we all want to hunt zombies!”
The only woman among the four Awakeners spoke at this point.
The woman was the least dressed in the group, and even though she was wrapped up tight, her gourd-shaped figure seed ready to burst through her clothes, displayed unabashedly before everyone.
While speaking, she naturally moved to Peng Nan’s side, casually wrapping her arm around his, pressing nearly her entire body against him.
Although Peng Nan was clad in armor and didn’t feel much, he still felt a bit of heat within him. But now was not the ti for such distractions; he once again looked toward the walls of the abandoned factory and closed his eyes.
Not far away, Yu Li watched the woman’s actions with a hot gaze, licking his lips before shifting his corpulent body over to the last Awakener.
The last Awakener was a middle-aged man who looked honest and weak. He kept his eyes slightly lowered as if he hadn’t noticed the quarrel of the others.
Yu Li nudged the middle-aged man with his elbow, and when the man looked over with a puzzled expression, Yu Li whispered:
“Zhuo Song, look at your wife, she’s practically sticking to that guy; aren’t you going to do sothing about it?”
Middle-aged Zhuo Song glanced up, then quickly dropped his gaze again.
“Oh.”
“…”
Yu Li moved his lips as if calling him a wimp, but he made no sound.
Seeing that Zhuo Song had no response, Yu Li didn’t bother himself further and went to a corner to wait patiently. However, his eyes kept flicking back to the woman, twinkling occasionally.
After a mont, Peng Nan finally opened his eyes, looking sowhat weary.
“Alright, starting now, we have three minutes to go in!”
“Three minutes? That’s more than enough ti!”
Yu Li’s face trembled with excitent at these words.
The woman showed a smile, and the 12 ability users who had been afraid to speak finally sighed with relief. Only Zhuo Song remained expressionless, as if he felt no emotional waves.
“So now we just—Who’s there! Co out!”
As Peng Nan turned around to lead the group in, he suddenly spotted sothing and hissed.
Upon hearing Peng Nan’s words, the others’ faces changed imdiately. They took out their weapons and watched warily in the direction Peng Nan was looking.
A pair of large feet stepped out from behind a nearby abandoned building, crunching the snow; an imposing black figure appeared in their line of sight.
