At this mont, a large Federation operation airship and several small flying devices are docked.

"Councilman Zhou, please return to the airship imdiately. Without clearing the threats in the airspace, the flight squadron can’t risk taking off," Taylor Moreno glances at him and says.
"Ridiculous! What about the Iron Guard Brigade and the Guard Corps, and all the anti-aircraft defenses at the airport? These are all paid for by the Federation, why not clear the airspace imdiately! A bunch of idiots!" Councilman Zhou hysterically yells, "Hurry up and take off, or you won’t serve as the director anymore."
Taylor Moreno laughs disdainfully and responds lightly,
"Iron Guard Brigade? They refused to escort us. But I’ve already used Federation authority to directly restart the airport system. The anti-aircraft weapons will now clear a path for us, so please stop wasting ti here."
Councilman Zhou gives her a cold look, his expression urgent, "Hmph, then hurry up, if my ti is delayed, you all can get lost!"
"Inform all flight squadrons, prepare to take off."

Bai Shuang roars in anger after hearing this, "Have you forgotten the first article of Federation law, which states that all citizens’ lives, property, and safety are above everything else?!"
"So what?"
Taylor Moreno sneers coldly, pointing to the large airship behind her,
"Then, do you know who are on this airship?!"
The conflict here quickly draws the attention of other survivors in the plaza. Many who see the Federation Investigation Team beco displeased, and more people gather around, their anger fueled by the conversation.
"What! They stopped the anti-aircraft system... to provide escort??!!"
"What the hell! Why would they do this!?"

The crowd is incited, with many people raising their guns. The Guard Corps mbers are forced to stand in front of Taylor Moreno and Councilman Zhou to stop the angry survivors from rushing forward.
