He wouldn't dare claim that Thousand Beast Villa was the top authority on battle beasts on the planet, but they were certainly experts in the field. But he had never heard of anyone being able to increase the number of talent abilities a battle beast possessed!
Why bother distinguishing between good and bad battle beasts if this were possible? Just capture any beast that was easy to train and bond with, raise it, and then keep adding powerful talent abilities to it. Why go through the trouble of capturing high-level, talented cubs or even training war beasts?
So, Li Daqian's first reaction was disbelief when Ye Zhongming said this.

It was because Chisel Tooth had a powerful skill! A skill that could multiply its combat power several tis over!
This allowed its strength to approach that of a level-nine creature at certain monts!

However, Ye Zhongming decided to deliver the final blow with an additional explanation.
"The energy entity created by Sinking Technique is immune to energy attacks when it attacks. Only pure physical attacks can damage it. It will only disappear when the cumulative damage exceeds the battle beast's own defense. Otherwise, it will remain intact and retain its full attack power."

Li Daqian laughed. "Brother Ye, since I consider you a friend, I'll tell you this: Chisel Tooth isn't known for its strength!"
Ye Zhongming nodded, his gaze shifting to the Spotted Giant Bear. It seed Li Daqian had chosen the battle beast, over which he had complete control.
With Li Daqian's assistance, he walked over and placed his hand on the giant bear's body.
