Tang Yiyi watched Song Yunxiu gracefully yet swiftly eating breakfast, feeling very surprised. This morning, on a whim, she decided to test Song Yunxiu, so she deliberately made more breakfast and packed it in a food box to carry with her. Upon eting Song Yunxiu, she asked a probing question, not actually expecting success, because Song Yunxiu might have already had breakfast.
Later, discovering Song Yunxiu hadn’t eaten, she purposely asked again to test his attitude. At that ti, Song Yunxiu looked too natural, without any hint of suspicion or wariness. She couldn’t tell if Song Yunxiu genuinely harbored no doubts or if he concealed them too well. Hence, after taking out the food box, she kept secretly observing Song Yunxiu’s reaction, trying to find even a slight hint of hesitation in his expression.
As it turned out, Song Yunxiu accepted the food box and began eating without any hesitation!
Tang Yiyi tried convincing herself that Song Yunxiu must have been too hungry, but could soone like Song Yunxiu, at least a Third Level Superpower User, really eat food of mysterious origin just because of hunger?
Ultimately, Tang Yiyi didn’t know whether to call Song Yunxiu too naive or reconsider if she herself was overly suspicious!
Song Yunxiu, however, seed completely at ease, and she wondered if it was because he was satisfied with the taste of breakfast or simply too hungry. While eating, the sternness on his face softened a bit, and his eyes sparkled with a hint of innocence unbefitting his power level.
Tang Yiyi silently withdrew her gaze, convinced she must be mistaken! This man cut down so many tree roots with a single slash and is as cold as an iceberg; could he be innocent? What a joke!

Nonetheless, she could discern a few things. Song Yunxiu’s movents were elegant, and he was very quiet while having breakfast. There was barely any sound except for soft chewing and swallowing, showing excellent etiquette! Yet, it did not feel pretentious or uncomfortable. Such a person is unlikely to co from an average family, possibly he belonged to a prestigious family.
Such a person wouldn’t logically harbor any ill intentions toward her. Even if her dicinal cuisine and ability to handle Mutated Beast at were exposed, such things would tempt even the greatest families! But she was using a false identity now, having no connection to the Tang Family. What could Song Yunxiu possibly be plotting?
Unbeknownst to her, she began to trust Song Yunxiu more, while her doubts and resistance were diminishing.
Though the breakfast portion was substantial, Song Yunxiu ate quickly, finishing it cleanly in less than five minutes. As the ti seed right, Tang Yiyi started the car and drove out of Safe City, heading toward the Second Level Hunting Area.
Once she drove off, Guan Jin was left in the nearby war chariot with a ghostly expression, dumbfounded and leaning on the back of the seat.
Oh my! What did he just witness? The boss, who always keeps distance from both n and won, was actually going on a date with an ordinary-looking woman! And he ate the breakfast she prepared! This... this is simply... could it be that his boss finally had a breakthrough? But even if he wanted a woman, he didn’t have to choose an ordinary-looking one, did he? What kind of bad taste is this?
However... despite the woman not being great-looking, the breakfast she prepared was pretty good.
While Guan Jin silently grumbled in his mind, he savored the aroma that had just wafted by. As he reminisced, he suddenly felt lancholic. He had been summoned by the boss early, simply to wait here, and then the boss had abandoned him! Now Song Yunxiu might be full, but Guan Jin was still hungry!

Having entered the First Level Hunting Area, Song Yunxiu had already forgotten all about Guan Jin, as he was introducing Tang Yiyi to several Second Level Hunting Area sites here.
Currently, at the Third Level Peak, he was stuck at a bottleneck, unable to upgrade. Usually, he hunted in the Third Level Hunting Zone and occasionally ventured into the Forth Level Hunting Zone. However, this ti he was with Tang Yiyi, who was only at the Second Level, so he dared not risk going to the Third Level Hunting Zone and chose the Second Level Hunting Zone, which posed no challenge for him.
Having arrived in Wu City not long ago, Song Yunxiu wasn’t familiar with the Second Level Hunting Area here, only researching detailed information after arranging to et Tang Yiyi yesterday. Noticing this, Song Yunxiu frowned slightly, "These things are taught in schools; how co you don’t know?"
"Uh," Tang Yiyi suddenly realized she had misspoken and, guardedly looking at Song Yunxiu, replied, "The teacher did teach them, but not as comprehensively as you just did." Her words were casual and simultaneously complinted Song Yunxiu, which probably would have convinced most people.
However, Song Yunxiu bluntly asked, "Did you...not attend the Superpower Academy?"
"Screech–" A sharp braking sound suddenly burst forth as Tang Yiyi coldly glared at Song Yunxiu, sharply questioning, "What exactly are you trying to say?"
Detecting her hostility and tension, Song Yunxiu frowned slightly deeper, and without a move, said, "I bear no ill intention toward you, rely curious as to why you haven’t attended the Superpower Academy. Moreover, you’ve reached Second Level without Academy training; a talent like yours shouldn’t be wasted."
This matter touches upon Tang Yiyi’s most guarded secret, making it impossible for her to believe Song Yunxiu was harmless. She now resembled a startled hedgehog with spikes all extended, her eyes locked intensely on Song Yunxiu, brimming with killing intent!
Yet she didn’t attack directly, knowing she was not a match for Song Yunxiu. Still, Song Yunxiu hadn’t acted either, remaining relaxed, seemingly certain she couldn’t harm him!
Song Yunxiu’s relaxed deanor made Tang Yiyi feel exceedingly awkward. She stared daggers at him for a while, then suddenly sneered, "It’s not possible, I only want to attend Hope University, but sadly, they won’t accept ."
Her words—less an explanation—felt more like venting frustration to Song Yunxiu!
Song Yunxiu wasn’t foolish; he perceived that Tang Yiyi harbored secrets she couldn’t disclose and detected her pettiness. He didn’t get angry; instead, he found Tang Yiyi, puffing out her cheeks, quite interesting. Her eyes glowed vividly, adding life to her otherwise ordinary face.
