The space button is divided into ten levels based on size, with the lowest being G-type and the highest being SSS-type. Each level has further subdivisions. Pang Zhi’s space button is a C-300 type, with a space of 300 cubic ters, roughly equivalent to a 100 square ter room. It’s not too small or too large to hold things.

Of course, considering its level, it’s already quite remarkable. Such space buttons are not cheap, and even with money, they might not be available. So, if auctioned in the black market, the final price would surely be higher than its market price.

However, Guan Jin eventually returned it to Pang Zhi. Although he looked down on a spoiled young master like Pang Zhi, Pang Zhi is still an underaged boy, and Guan Jin himself is wealthy enough not to covet a C-type space button. In fact, Guan Jin himself carries an A-type space button.

After retrieving his space button, Pang Zhi quickly found his clothes to put on, finally feeling slightly warr. But given the cold outside, he had been frozen for a while. Previously too tense to notice, he now felt the chill penetrating his bones, shivering uncontrollably.

Song Yunxiu saw his lips turning purple from the cold and threw him a finger-sized potion, saying coldly, "Drink it!"

Though his attitude was indifferent and his tone commanding, Pang Zhi felt Song Yunxiu wouldn’t harm him. Pang Zhi was not foolish, especially after almost losing his life once, he was more cautious now. But he understood that with Song Yunxiu and Guan Jin’s prowess, killing him would be easy and wouldn’t require effort. Plus, he didn’t think they had a reason to drug him.

Song Yunxiu’s attitude was so natural that Pang Zhi couldn’t help but trust him.

He opened the potion and poured it into his mouth, then started coughing violently as the spicy taste spread throughout his body, making him feel as if he was burning. However, its effect was imdiate. Upon swallowing, he felt warr, and even the chill within his bones began to dissipate.

Pang Zhi quickly understood that it was an anti-cold potion. He glanced gratefully at Song Yunxiu, who seed uninterested. But perhaps his gaze was too obvious, for Song Yunxiu suddenly turned his head, looking sharply at him.

As they locked eyes, Pang Zhi imdiately looked away, not daring to stare further. He felt Song Yunxiu’s gaze was as sharp as a knife, capable of wounding him with just a glance.

Guan Jin observed this scene and couldn’t help but chuckle, teasing Song Yunxiu, "Boss, you scared the fatty!"

Song Yunxiu coldly glanced at him, successfully silencing Guan Jin, then asked Pang Zhi, "Where do you live?" He didn’t wish to pry further, hence didn’t ask why Pang Zhi was alone in such a place. However, leaving an underaged boy in a dangerous wild was sothing he couldn’t do, thus he asked another question.

Song Yunxiu and Guan Jin were planning to go to Qinghe City, and if Pang Zhi lived there, they could drop him off along the way. If it wasn’t on their route, they would still take Pang Zhi to Qinghe City, leaving his journey back ho up to him afterwards.

His attitude remained indifferent, business-like, but Pang Zhi was secretly relieved. After being deceived once, he feared those strangers with a generous facade. To him, Song Yunxiu’s attitude was just right.

Pang Zhi realized Song Yunxiu might be planning to take him ho, so he quickly said, "I live in Qinghe City; it shouldn’t be far from here! If it’s convenient for you, could I catch a ride? I’ll offer compensation!"

Song Yunxiu didn’t waste words, pointing to the back seat for him to get in, then he and Guan Jin followed into the vehicle, swiftly leaving the place. Left behind were the mutated gray rats that were run over, three unfortunate guys in underwear, and a pile of junk.

Song Yunxiu and Guan Jin had interrogated the three n earlier, but unfortunately, despite being hired, they had no idea who their employer was. They were recruited through the black market, with utmost caution. Task details were printed on paper, leaving no clues behind, making it impossible to trace.

However, after checking their personal terminals, Guan Jin discovered that they were reckless rcenaries, and with Song Yunxiu’s approval, he abandoned them here.

It was in the wasteland, teeming with mutant creatures. The surroundings were already perilous, and with a nearby mutated grey rat smashed to pieces, the scent of blood wafted into the air, quickly attracting predators. By then, the three n were dood!

All three understood this, yet their limbs were broken, and unless soone happened by and kindly rescued them, they had no hope of survival!

Despite this, they didn’t give up, yelling for help despite the pain. Gradually, mutant creatures attracted by the scent of blood started closing in on them.

Just as they were about to despair, a war vehicle suddenly approached from afar. This vehicle was larger than Song Yunxiu’s, speeding through recklessly, crushing the mutant creatures obscured from view and finally stopping before the three n.

The three were surprised and looked up, only to see a mocking face. Simultaneously, they heard soone saying, "Found the three lab rats, bring them on board."

Realizing sothing was off, the three tried to resist and yell for help before a knife chop knocked them unconscious. Taken onto the vehicle, it sped away, disappearing swiftly into the endless wild.

After the vehicle was gone, wary mutant creatures approached and began feeding on the corpses.

Song Yunxiu, Guan Jin, and Pang Zhi, having long left, couldn’t witness this. In fact, they had already entered Qinghe City and were preparing to visit the Tang Family.

Sitting in the back, Pang Zhi watched the buildings retreating past the window, his heart racing with mixed emotions. He still hadn’t figured out how things ended up this way.

Clearly, he only asked these people to take him to Qinghe City, so how did it suddenly turn into an invitation to dine at the Tang Family? (To be continued.
