In the end, they drove a cargo truck, and Su Qian sat at the driver seat, with Yang Ke’er sitting beside to learn, whereas Zhang Xiao Qiang and Yuan Yi sat behind, observing the scenery. Zhang Xiao Qiang was feeling uneasy, as the unpredictable weather was making it hard to grow anything.
Yuan Yi looked out at the passing scenery with an amazed expression. She had been cooped up at the chicken farm for too long, and the sights outside were too srizing. Zhang Xiao Qiang looked at his watch, noting that it was about half an hour, and they should be there soon. He pulled out his handgun to check and saw Yuan Yi eyeing his gun.
When she saw Zhang Xiao Qiang looking at her, she imdiately lowered her head, as though she did sothing wrong, her hands turning white, as she beca fearful.
Zhang Xiao Qiang could understand how she feel because it was normal to think that with a gun, it was easy to have control over one’s life. She would not be treated like a dog then.
