The incident was bound to cause a stir, so he wasn't surprised by the arrival of Council official Yan Danqin.

"Absolutely impossible, at least not by himself," Gu Fangyi said with certainty.
"Why are you so sure?"
"The Exotic Species that appeared at that ti weren't just one; it was a large-scale Outburst. Zhang Zhe couldn't possibly have had the ti and energy to ddle in so many places. Moreover, a very powerful hair-based Exotic Species appeared on the first floor at that ti. The strength of that kind of Exotic Species isn't sothing that can be created by a normal genetic mutation. Therefore, I think the Exotic Species Outburst was man-made."
Yan Danqin neither agreed nor disagreed with Gu Fangyi's assessnt.
"You know a lot about Exotic Species?"
"Yes, I'm a Biology student. Exotic Species have always been my main research focus."
"Alright, rest well."
Compared to the other three, Gu Fangyi's testimony was much more systematic and useful. Yan Danqin, satisfied with what she had learned, left Gu Fangyi's room and entered Lu Luo's interrogation room.

I have to say, since the invasion of Dark Energy, there have been more and more beautiful won in the Wasteland. However, this woman is all show and no substance. Her exaggerated expression and clumsy performance make feel like I'm watching a soap opera. I even feel like grabbing a bag of chips.
Yan Danqin's words were sharp. It seed she realized that in her previous conversations, she hadn't managed to gain the upper hand, so now she wanted to seize control.
Lu Luo had already prepared a plausible cover story in response.
"During my escape, I awakened Sequence-D14-Agility, and in the face of desperation, a strong will to survive erged. When faced with an Exotic Species, I perford... a sliding tackle."
Lu Luo described the entire escape process vividly and in great detail, nearly srizing Yan Danqin.
When Yan Danqin heard how Lu Luo had strangled a chanoid creature with a wire, she tensed up and unconsciously clenched her fists. However, she quickly realized her lapse in composure and relaxed her hands.
You think your story moved this woman? It was your looks. Good looks are one in a million; an interesting soul is worthless.
Yan Danqin's expression subtly shifted, as if she found Lu Luo's story amusing. After a mont of silence, she continued to inquire:
"Do you have any other thoughts about this incident? Just speak freely as if we're having a private conversation."
"I think this incident was man-made!"
"Oh? You think so too?"
Yan Danqin's voice was a little loud, causing Ludie, who was outside the door, to cover his face.
"Who sent this girl? At her level, and still an ordinary person, she can be a Security Advisor?"
"She's Luo Xuemin's person."
"The one advocating for equality and mutual aid between Transcendents and ordinary people? No wonder!" Ludie scoffed.
Inside the room, Lu Luo nodded firmly.
"Not only was this incident man-made, but it was also a well-planned, preditated large-scale sche."
"Why do you say that?"
"The coverage of the incident was high. Nearly all people or animals that turned into Exotic Species mutated within one minute. This rate and synchrony can't possibly be accomplished by an individual.
"To execute such a plan perfectly, one needs not only to master the technology that can cause instant mutations in living organisms but also to have a very detailed plan and even carry out several mock drills.
"Only certain large organizations, companies, or institutions could fulfill these conditions."
Lu Luo spoke with a asured pace, and Yan Danqin found herself naturally drawn into his conversational rhythm.
In fact, his testimony was similar to Gu Fangyi's—he held back a lot, mainly because the woman in front of him seed unreliable.
Nevertheless, Lu Luo managed to explain the gist of the incident, giving Yan Danqin a general understanding of what happened, all without revealing any truly substantial clues.

Outside the interrogation room, Ludie knew very well the information Lu Luo held.
That Lu Luo was able to convey the gist of the incident to Yan Danqin through persuasive language and so simple analysis genuinely surprised Ludie.
He beca increasingly interested in Lu Luo.
"This kid is interesting," Luo Sen suddenly said.
"Luo Sen, what are you planning to do?"
Ludie suddenly furrowed his brow. Luo Sen was much wealthier than him, and with Team 33's considerable numbers and influence, if Luo Sen decided to make a move for Lu Luo, Ludie wouldn't stand a chance.
"Look at you, so petty. My thoughts are the sa as yours, but this guy has a sponsorship contract from Lan Tian Biotechnology for 250,000—that's no small sum."
"Yeah, 250,000 for a transfer fee is indeed not a small sum!" Ludie nodded, although there was sothing he didn't say aloud.
But I think this kid is worth the price!
