Of course.
The main reason is that the ti span is quite long.
The storyline of [World War II] is set in 1951, but the new DLC jumps to 1991.
A whole 40-year gap.
At this ti in 1951, the United States was still in a seesaw battle with the Volunteer Army on the Peninsula.
But by 1991, the U.S. had already completely dominated the steel torrent.
This inevitably leads one to wonder.
Especially with so of the tactics shown in the footage, it’s literally a dinsional reduction strike against the steel torrent.
For a while.
There was a lot of discussion within the ga community.
Fang Ming also took a look at the forums, and Polestar Official Website had opened a new section [Modern War: World Dominator].
Entering the section.
Everyone was discussing what the U.S. displayed in the DLC.
A group of people discussed it.
Actually, there were a few analytical posts that went viral.
Fang Ming took a look inside.
The players in the post analyzed that from the steel torrent shown in the DLC, it was like 1991’s Earth, where mainstream countries were still using World War II-era thinking.
Otherwise, they wouldn’t have such a massive steel torrent.
And the U.S. was just ridiculous.
It was a complete crush in terms of equipnt and technology.
It often had nothing to do with tactics.
The post analyzed.
From the first scene of the tank cluster collision, it was obvious that the U.S. tank cluster was detecting targets miles away through radar.
But the attacked armored clusters didn’t react until the U.S. tanks were right in front of them.
In the second scene, ard helicopters were chasing and slaughtering the ground armored vehicles, which didn’t even have anti-aircraft weapons.
The counterattack was people sticking out of the vehicles, shooting at the helicopters with assault rifles.
How could that possibly be successful?
In the third scene.
The U.S. fighter jets were passing by at speeds several tis that of World War II-era fighters, not to ntion the armored clusters below lacked anti-aircraft weapons.
Even if they had them, they couldn’t keep up.
After attacking the target, the fighter jet left with ease.
Leaving no chance for the steel torrent below.
All three scenes.
Were illustrating the crushing supremacy of equipnt and technology.
This shows that World War II-era tactics have beco outdated, and with the equipnt and military technology shown by the U.S. in the DLC, they’re likely to be a whole era ahead of Earth.
Otherwise, the steel torrent in the footage wouldn’t have been unprepared.
To organize such a massive steel torrent.
It shows the country still has considerable strength, which was proven during World War II.
Only the Imperial, Soviet Union, and United States of Arica could organize such a steel torrent.
Even the Imperial was struggling in its later stages.
The country in the footage could gather so much armor, clearly a latecor.
But was ultimately dinsionally reduced by the U.S.
The analysis in the post sparked a realization among many Blue Star players, who then shared their own speculations.
So even searched online using the DLC footage.
And actually found one location.
The third scene of Earth in the DLC was identified, according to the images, to be in the Middle East Region, but other areas remain unknown.
Browsing the forum for a while, Fang Ming couldn’t help but be amazed:
"So people are really skilled."
"The DLC only hinted at this much."
"Yet they analyzed a whole lot."
"Even pulled out the location."
"But how do you get there, seems a bit troubleso."
Now the [World War II] series, is divided into the ongoing [World War II] and the [Cold War Clouds] following the completion and DLC update of the entire World War II storyline.
Currently, in the [Cold War Clouds] DLC’s [Single Campaign Mode], although highly free.
It seems there isn’t a starting point in the Middle East Region yet.
But the bullet screen and announcents caught Fang Ming by surprise, so he clicked back to the Polestar Official Website:
"There’s more?"
"Isn’t it a new ga DLC?"
"What else is there?"
Earlier, Fang Ming only saw the new DLC popup when entering the page, not noticing anything else.
Now, after the bullet screen reminders, returning to Polestar’s website, the main page prominently displayed the update announcent for [Cold War Clouds] DLC along with the description for [Modern War: World Dominator].
Among them.
The description for [Modern War: World Dominator] also left Blue Star players quite surprised.
Because this is actually Polestar Company’s entry for this year.
This.....
Are they planning to just participate for participation’s sake?
Blue Star players, who had long been anticipating this, couldn’t help but feel a bit disappointed.
After all, it’s ultimately still a repeat.
And with so many war gas this year, Polestar might shine given their foundation, but winning with a repeated the might be challenging....
Little did they know.
The real effort is yet to co.
Regardless of whether they win, Zhao Ming has already prepared the follow-up DLC for [Modern War: World Dominator].
Ranging from the Gulf War to the counter-terrorism era of the 2000s.
Updating as a leap-version.
The player experience becos more diverse, they can be special forces from the U.S., Russian special forces, or even audacious bandits....
Focusing on confrontation.
But it hasn’t been announced yet.
They’re waiting for the ga to launch, to see the effects before deciding on the release ti for the subsequent DLC.
Then ca the Cold War Clouds announcent.
Fang Ming clicked in, and what he saw was:
[To enhance player experience, [Cold War Clouds] will be updated at 12:00 tonight (you can update ahead of ti), the update content includes:]
