"Then, get ready, Mia! I have Gene Arts and resources. Spend five million gold coins to obtain the best resources for the Genetic Transformation Stage."
Alan thought for a mont as he wore new clothes.
A new plan brewed in his head.
"Yes, Young Lord!"
Mia nodded her head and took him out of his room.
Although Alan was familiar with this mansion, he was still surprised by the sheer size of this place.
This mansion was bigger than most hundred-million-dollar mansions in his previous world.
The decor was also stunning, especially the different red lights that gave a demonic vibe.
When he was walking, he was gradually noticed by the guards.
Before, they would often choose to ignore him, or they would glance at him with disdain.
Only this ti, they looked at him with fear.
’This is normal. Demons are basically the race that fear strong and bully weak.’
Alan understood the core of the Demon Race quite well.
Although his condition wasn’t worse because of his father, it didn’t seem much better when his people looked at him with those eyes.
"Alan, when did you get up?"
A voice ca from the side.
Alan turned and saw a man wearing a red t-shirt walking towards him with a malicious smile. He looked quite bulky and dangerous, but Alan knew this man.
He was his cousin, a younger one. He was only seventeen, but he had already reached Fifth Rank.
Because of his age and strength, he would often bully Alan.
Most of the ti, Mia would help him, and because of her insane behavior, they couldn’t do much.
But it didn’t change the fact that without her presence, they would’ve physically bullied him every day.
"Jas, I was wondering when you were gonna appear in front of ."
Alan chuckled.
Hearing that, the smile on Jas’ face disappeared as he asked.
"So, you were waiting for ?"
"Wait for you? No, of course! You are an ugly guy. Why would I wait for soone like you?"
"I knew you would co because, as the true heir of the Demon God, I can not reject any challenge. And you would not miss a chance to bully when I am weak."
Alan replied without even blinking his eyes.
Understanding his cousins’ behavior, he knew there were still so other cousins watching him from afar.
Even his aunts should be present. They wanted to determine his danger level, and he liked that.
Because he also wanted to let them know what would happen if they ssed with him.
When he inherited the blood of the Demon God, he also inherited the Majesty of the Demon God.
No matter what, this majesty mustn’t be challenged.
Hearing his words, Jas’ expression turned ugly as he said.
"You will pay for calling ugly. Alan Diablo, I, Jas Diablo, challenge you to a duel."
While Jas was angry, he also knew this was the only ti he could bully Alan.
Because from now on, Alan would be given the most care and resources from the race.
Even if they decided an ill fate for him, he wouldn’t be able to challenge Alan ever again.
Alan nodded at the challenge.
This was exactly what he had been saying all this ti.
Demons were a race of people who bullied the weak and feared the strong.
And, it was exactly what he needed if he wanted to make his life smoother.
"I accept, but I need a half-hour tiout."
Knowing Jas was five ranks stronger than him, Alan wasn’t just going to deal with him in strength.
That was impossible.
"Humph! I am waiting for you."
Although Jas wanted to keep taunting Alan, he had already seen Alan turning around.
No matter what he said, he would look like a clown now. So, he simply decided to fold his hands and wait.
"Young Lord, you can let fight this battle." Mia suggested with a worried look on her face.
"Mia, you don’t understand. You know the core ntality of the demon race. I need to use this ntality to make my life better."
"I don’t need to fight that guy head-on. He is just a distraction to understand my changes. I want them to understand just what I can do."
Alan whispered in a low voice as they returned to his room.
"Take out the weapons that can harm Fifth Rank."
Hearing his order, Mia took out a bunch of weapons.
A sharp dagger, a long sword, a double-edged long sword, a single-edged sword, a spear, a bow and arrows, and a lot more.
"All of them can pierce the body of a Fifth Rank like a hot knife on butter." Mia replied.
"Is that so? Then, give sothing that can pierce the body of Fifth Rank with a little bit of difficulty."
Although Alan wanted to establish his reputation in the clan, he didn’t want to kill Jas for that.
Mia selected a few arrows and said.
"These arrowheads are made of Iron. Normally, Iron can’t easily pierce through the body of a Fifth Rank, but when fired from a bow, they do have the penetrating power."
Hearing that, Alan separated the iron from every arrow and put them in his hand.
’Let’s start, Demon God!’
[Yes, sir!]
Suddenly, an orange fla burst out of his body.
A major portion of his cosmic energy was consud when releasing this fla without harming his body.
The cosmic energy had to travel through three veins to reach outside his body.
Using the Genetic Pattern, he could instantly transform his cosmic energy into the bright orange flas.
’This fla. Is this the power of his bloodline? This fla has the properties of Blood Fla, but it is not a Blood Fla.’
’So, this fla consud the blood fla to inherit its properties. But the problem is that Blood Fla isn’t an easy fla to devour.’
At this mont, the iron on his hand started lting.
"What are you doing, Young Lord?"
"Hmm! When I woke up, I received a bunch of mories. I think they belong to the Demon Lord. So, I am making a bomb."
"Bomb? But, will it work against Fifth Rank?"
Mia had heard about the bombs. Although so powerful bombs could work against powerful demons, most of them were weak.
"Of course, it will. The reason why a bomb is considered a weapon is because of its outer shell. When it explodes, this outer shell fires at an extre speed."
"Since this tal can work as arrows, it should also work with the bomb. Besides, my flas burn hotter than Blood Fla. During the explosion, it can easily burn off any defensive equipnt my cousin has."
Alan explained as he started molding the Phoenix Fire into the explosion material. He had to keep the temperature stable while constantly building up the pressure.
Upon dropping it, the pressure would be all-ti high, releasing the explosion that should be able to deal with Jas.
After half an hour, Alan managed to create four bombs.
Just to make them safe, he kept the fla inside but turned it off. He could do that since this fla worked on his command.
Clack!
When he walked out, many eyes fell on him.
His aunts and other cousins were still hiding, but the guards were all present.
When Jas saw him, he sneered.
"Did you finish praying for half an hour?"
He didn’t think Alan could achieve anything within half an hour.
If this kind of thing were possible, then everybody could achieve miracles.
"Let’s start!"
Alan simply raised both of his hands with his fists clenched.
When Jas saw this, he sneered. He clenched his fist and dashed forward.
From Alan’s perspective, Jas reached in front of him instantaneously.
This speed caught him off guard, but the orange flas burst out of him. It molded into armor on his body and glasses on his eyes.
When he rged with the power of Phoenix Fire, he instantly sensed the punch coming his way.
Even though he didn’t see it, he let his instinct control his body.
His bloodline boiled.
A strong sense of pride erged, followed by perfect control over his body.
Alan realized that it was his bloodline helping him.
He side-stepped and dodged the punch.
He threw a left hook to Jas’s jaw, but Jas easily blocked it with his palm.
Seeing this, Alan didn’t stop.
He pulled his left arm, spun, and landed a butterfly kick to Jas’ head.
Once again, Jas blocked it with his forearm. He ignored the burning sensation on his forearm and increased his strength.
He grabbed Alan’s leg and lifted him.
But Alan wrapped his other leg around Jas’ neck and got above him. He raised his hand and smashed him on the head with his elbow.
"Damn you!"
Jas roared and released the dark red fla out of his body.
This fla instantly engulfed Alan like a blanket.
