Lou hurriedly ran outside and looked around, he did not notice that it's raining hard but he still stood while using his nose to trace the two of them.
He tries to use his ability 'Bestial Instinct' but even his instinct is pretty useless tracking soone in this kind of weather.
The scent of mother and daughter duo is already washed by the rain while the sll in the air is already blown by the wind.
Touka walks outside while carrying an umbrella, she covers Lou and curiously asks," What are you doing? Are you not aware that you will catch a cold outside?"

"Well, they appear to look fierce, and they also have Police License at them so helping those mother and daughter will only give us trouble,"

Lou looks on the way where those n walk, he hurries sprint to check if they are in that way, he takes the mask and wears it in case of an ergency.
Not far away at him, Lou can see a group of n and a single woman fighting in the middle of the street, the street is already deserted so they can fight openly.
Lou can also see Hinami being protected by her mother from getting injured, but it's pretty useless.
Ryouko seems like a pretty newbie in fighting because she can only use her Kagune to defend and to push the enemy.

Kureo Mado was a First Class Ghoul Hunter and Koutarou Amon's forr partner and ntor. He was a quinque fanatic.

Kuereo take a suitcase and said to the people who pinning down Ryouko," You can stop now, she can never escape from here, after all, her daughter is also here,"

Amon and the other two investigators look weird at Kuereo, even though they hunt a Ghoul, they never show rcy at them because showing rcy only makes them hard to kill them.
But this man is weird, he is happy torturing a Ghoul like an animal, it's fine if they look different but Intellectual Ghoul looks the sa as them so it's hard to watch seeing soone torture in the sa race.
"Because I'm in a good mood today, I will show you a little bit of rcy, shall we listen to your last words?"
Ryouko who sitting in the ground look at Hinami and gentle smile," Hinami-chan li-"
"Whoops~ tis up," Kuereo swung his dagger to behead her but soone stood in the middle of them.

They look and see a man wearing a jade-like mask using his finger to block Kuereo's dagger easily.
"Who are you?" Kuereo gloomy said the thing he hates the most is when he is doing sothing fun and soone intervenes in the middle of it.
Well, we all know that this Lou just from the mask.
"I'm just a passerby, and seeing your face makes feel sick," Lou said.
"Really? Do you know what is going to happen if we intervene with our group?" Kuereo asked.
"I don't know, but I'm pretty sure, all of you will leave your arms here because you annoy ," Lou for the first ti felt anger inside of his heart. He wants to butcher all of them but doing that only makes him like them so it's fine if they leave their arms so that they can stop hunting Intellectual Ghoul.
