" That’s a freaking T-Rex! " Kenji exclaid out loud, as he saw the summoned beast. That was no danosaptish, that was a freaking tyrannosaurus rex!
But Imdiately after saying that out loud, Kenji quickly regretted his outburst of words.
" Who’s there?!" The leader of the bandits said, his eyes darting at the origin of the voice.
The mine’s interior walls had a strange interior surface and glow to them, causing every single sound to achieve an echo and bounce around the whole area till it dissipates. Due to that reason, it wasn’t easy to find the origin to which the voice had co from, and so giving Kenji so ti to think about how he was going to get out of this dangerous predicant.
" Find it! Find where the voice had co from and bring him to !" The leader said, a nancing gaze growing onto his face, as the thought of having an intruder inside the mine in which they had forcefully taken imnsly irritated him.
* At least I’ll have soone to test out my new beast with* his thoughts evil, as a his smile widened.
Seeing that they had begun searching for him, Kenji held his breath, as his mind raced to find a way to get out of this situation.
* Damn it, damnit, damnit! Kenji what the hell is wrong with you! Why would you just shout out like that after knowing that you were hiding?!* Kenni thought in his mind, as he cursed himself for his idiocity.
* How am I going to get out of this one now? C’mon think! If I stay here, they’ll eventually find , and if I step out from behind this rock, I’ll still be spotted! Damn!* Kenji struggled internally, as he tried to find a way to get out of here. He needed a solution.
But unluckily for him, the matter got worse, as a rat suddenly dropped dead onto his head, both shocking and irritating him.
" Aarghhh! There’s a rat on my head! Get it off! Get it off! Get it off!" Kenji exclaid as he jumped around in fright and tried to get the dead rat off his hair.
When he finally ended his "get the rat off" saga, he realized that he was imdiately fucked.
Seven pairs of eyes, one more nancing than the last locked onto him like a sniper to a target, each pair of eyes with their own share of threatening gazes directed at him.
The last one, the glowing red eyes of a giant like T-Rex imdiately made him want to pee his pants.
" H- hey, I an hello everyone, I think I kinda got lost and accidentally entered into this mine, could you great looking guys help out and direct this little brother outside?" Kenji said nervously, as sweat dripped from his head and unto the ground, leaving the dropping sounds of sweat to echo through the area.
Suddenly, evil grins crossed the face of all seven individuals, as the leader stepped forward," hey there little brother, there’s no need to be scared, we totally understand that one could easily get lost around this place, I an it is a mine shaped like a maze," said the leader, as he walked up closer to Kenji and put his arm around his neck, this light action alone caused Kenji to gulp down a mouthful of saliva.
" So since we nice big brothers are in a good mood today, how about we help you to get out of here, but we won’t just help you out of the mine. We’ll help you out of existence!" The leader said, as he quickly took his hand off Kenji’s neck and Imdiately tried to drill a small hidden dagger straight into Kenji’s neck!
Luckily, after bonding with Haruka and Argoth, Kenji’s primal instincts had already beco really sharp, and because of that, he was able to dodge the blade of the dagger from digging itself into his neck!
Imdiately after dodging, Kenji didn’t relent, as he decided to save himself the hassle of fighting a group of blood thirsty variants and....run for his life!
" Get him!" The leader commanded, as he was montarily shocked that Kenji was able to dodge his attack.
Imdiately, the remaining six goons rushed after Kenji like blood hounds in a chase for nice tender at!
" Hey you get back here!"
" Yeah! You said you were lost right?! So let’s find a solution and make sure you never get lost again!"
" Hahah! Get back here you son of a b*tch!"
They all said, as they raced after Kenji with crazed smiles on their faces, almost as if they were having the best chase of their lives!
" Damn it Kenji! You just had to blow your cover didn’t you? Talk about stealth!" Shreya said with a literal vein bulging by the side of her head.
" Now’s not the ti for to listen to one of your sarcastic lectures Shreya! If you’re not going to help, then go back into my mind and sleep!" Kenji said harshly, not in the mood for any form of sarcasm right about now. He was trying to find a way not to die, not, he was trying to find a way to sarcasm.
" Oh! You want to help you right? Well let remind you, that I am just your system and only hold onto information for you! I don’t have a physical body and I can’t touch anything other than you!" Shreya said, reminding Kenji that she wasn’t really on his best plate of helpfulness right now.
" Then if you’re not useful, why don’t you just go away!" Kenji said, tired of her sarcasm and annoyance.
" Are you stupid or what?! Or was it after that whole Calgroth incident that you took sothing strange behind our backs that warped your mind, because I don’t understand why you’re acting like you’re carrying the fate of the world on your shoulders! You have a beast that specializes in speed, and that’s Haruka! Call her out and let her help you out of this!" Shreya said one last ti, before returning into Kenji’s mindscape with an annoyed exppression.
" Call her out, and let her help you out of this!" The words lingered in his ears for a while longer before he shook the idea out of his mind. Now that he knew the enemy had a t-rex, there was absolutely no way he was going to call her out.
Haruka was a precious friend to him. If he saw her getting hurt because of him, he would hate himself and would make sure he punishes himself, so as to make sure that never happens, he would not be calling Haruka out anyti soon.

Suddenly a loud roar ca from behind and Kenji’s whole face beca as pale as a blank sheet of paper.
" Get out of the way!" The echoing voice of the leader said in alarm, as he imdiately sent his " Danosaptish" beast after the supposed intruder: Kenji!
Boom!

Every step of the monstrous beast was like the loud booming sound of a nuclear bomb being dropped onto the Earth.
It was defeaning!
" No!" Kenji exclaid in grit, as he pushed his leg muscles to the limit and ran as fast as he could.
Looking back....
Looking back was impossible, for he knew that the mont he looked back and saw a huge tyrannosaurus rex coming after him, he was done for.
As he ran with all his might, Kenji was blind to notice a small shing little pebble embedded into ground just a few feet away from he was.
But it was too late.
His leg bumped hard into the pebble stuck into the ground and he imdiately fell down, face flat onto the hard cavern floor.
The dim light of the mine illuminating his fall, as he laid there onto the ground... defeated.
Boom!
And the beast appeared. Standing tall in all of it’s terrifying glory, as it looked down on Kenji with mockery etched on its threatening face.
" Well, well, well, what do we have here? A defeated adventurer," the leader of the bandits said, an evil and devillish grin sliding onto his face, as the rest of the group slowly surrounded Kenji like a pack of hyenas to a zebra.
" You thought, you could run eh? You thought you could waltz up into our mining area and grab yourself so goodies without any consequences eh? Well let tell you, There are consequences, big and major consequences," the leader said, his grin widening with every word.
He seed to enjoy the feeling, the feeling of being the one on top, being the sovereign.
" Well now you’ve lost you idiot! Hahaha! Boss, let’s show him what your new beast can do!" One of the bandits said enthusiastically.
" Yeah boss, this is a golden opportunity for us to see what your tad beast can do!" Another said, hyping up the mont.
The leader let out a hearty laugh, as he ushered to them using his hands to now keep quiet.
" Alright, alright, it’s ti for us to show this bastard what happens when you ss with us, the veron bandits!"
* Have I lost? Have I truly lost?!" Kenji thought, as he laid unto the ground with his hands clasped into a fist.
* I can’t ask Haruka to co out, if I do she’s definitely going to get hurt. And besides, this is my fight, I’m coming here to get materials for a weapon that’ll belong to . Haruka has no business in this, so if I call her out, I will not be doing her justice, but using her as a servant to serve her master, and no! I cannot do that! I can’t! She’s not a slave! She’s my friend!*
" Now Daeron, do you want to know what a human tastes like?!" The bandit leader asked, as if speaking to his beast.
* I guess there’s only one way left...*
" Then dig in my tad servant! Dig in and fill your stomach!" The leader said, and imdiately the "dinosaur" let our a loud roar as it descended it’s gleaming teeth onto Kenji.
Swooosh!
Kenji dodged the open maw of the beast, as he stared right at the leader of the group, his eyes cold with new found determination.
A magic circle suddenly appeared above his hands, as a bigger one appeared above his head.
" Summoning: Argoth!"
Then suddenly, a gigantic black swirl of energy began to pour out of the second magic circle. The drak energy felt raw and primal, almost like an entity that shouldn’t exist, a mistake of the gods.
The black energy soon began to materialize together, forming the body a creature made from the pure intent of darkness and chaos.
A shadow beast!

Seeing the beast of darkness, the bandits and even the T-Rex beca as fearful as a mouse to a cat, their whole face turning pale, as the surrounding air tensed.
" F*ck! He’s also a beast tar?!"
