Just outside of Twilight City, a row of huge cube-shaped warehouses stood tall.

Logan and Julia drove around for two hours, checking every single warehouse one by one.

From big stuff like minerals, stones, and logs, to small items like jewelry, potions, and equipnt—everything was in stock here.

Seeing Logan’s eyes light up, Julia smiled and asked, "Logan, do you think the resources I prepared are good enough?"

Logan opened the car door, walked around the shelves in front of him, and then turned back to nod at Julia. "This is way more than what I needed on my list."

By the way, Logan’s current wealth was all from a bet he won against Federation bookmakers.

Now, using that money to buy supplies from them felt a bit strange.

But Julia never showed the slightest complaint. Instead, she was very generous. "It’s okay, Logan. You’re worth our company’s investnt. All these supplies were ant for you."

At this, Julia raised five fingers and smiled. "Five hundred million. As long as your familiar’s space can hold it, you can take anything you want."

Logan felt a bit embarrassed by her words.

Even though the warehouses were big and full, his familiar space was nine square kiloters.

If he really could take whatever he wanted, these supplies could probably fill up two square kiloters.

"Mrs. Julia, are you joking? Five hundred million is just the cost of this purchase," Logan said carefully, double-checking with Julia. "According to the previous agreent, I was supposed to pay you an extra hundred million as a fee. But now you’re not even asking for the fee, and you’re giving so much more?"

Actually, when you think about it, considering transportation, storage, labor, and taxes, this deal was costing Julia money.

If Logan took everything from these warehouses, Federation bookmakers would lose a lot of money. That didn’t make sense.

"Haha, this is just my personal kindness. It has nothing to do with Federation bookmakers," Julia smiled, completely ignoring Logan’s words. "You can take as much as you want. Don’t be polite with your big sister. I’m not the stingy type."

"Are you really that generous?" Logan asked again.

"Yes, I really am," Julia said without hesitation, still confident in her answer.

Seeing that, Logan didn’t hold back anymore.

He waved his hand and called out Kerparos. The beast’s body, like that of a young bull, quickly expanded in the wind and soon grew to three stories high.

Julia had seen Kerparos before, but she still felt a chill from the terrifying pressure of the Three-Headed Hell Wolf. "It can actually grow that big?"

It seed like Kerparos heard her, and with a proud look, it grew even bigger.

Seeing this, Julia took a step back instinctively.

At this mont, she was sure that if it weren’t for the roof of the warehouse, Kerparos could have grown even bigger.

Then, Kerparos opened its three huge mouths and let out a terrifying suction, pulling the shelves in front of it toward itself.

In just a few breaths, the three shelves and everything on them were sucked into the beast’s body.

After that, with Julia staring in shock, Logan placed his hand on Kerparos’s tail.

A burst of gray space energy instantly surrounded the Three-Headed Hell Wolf and pulled it into Logan’s familiar space.

Julia looked at the empty space in front of her and opened her mouth slightly. "Logan, you’re done already?"

Then she realized she might have acted a little strange.

She quickly tried to calm herself, hiding her uneasy feelings, and said with a forced smile, "If it’s not enough, I guess you can take a little more."

After saying that, Julia felt much lighter.

Based on Kerparos’s size just now, Logan’s familiar space was probably only 800 to 1,000 square ters.

Although that was already an incredibly big number, it was still within Julia’s understanding of what a familiar space could hold.

Let him take a little more. The more he took, the more he owed her.

Thinking this way, Julia also pushed Logan to take a bit more.

"Since you’re so generous, Mrs. Julia, I won’t be polite," Logan scratched his head. "To be honest, I really do need these resources."

After saying that, Logan’s familiar space opened again behind him, and once again, the three familiar faces of Kerparos appeared.

Seeing this, Julia was stunned. "You... your Three-Headed Hell Wolf can carry more?"

"Of course it can. That was nothing," Logan ordered Kerparos to swallow three more shelves, then turned to explain to Julia: "By the way, I can take everything in this warehouse area, right?"

When Logan asked this, Julia wanted to say sothing.

What was she thinking? If Logan really took everything, her performance this year would be ruined.

But just as she was trying to think of how to convince Logan to stop, he spoke again.

"I was actually a little embarrassed at first, but I didn’t expect you to be so generous, even encouraging to take more. You’re really kind," Logan said, bowing to Julia.

Julia looked at the boy bowing in front of her and suddenly had no idea what to say.

At this mont, she just wanted to slap herself. She regretted not listening to City Lord Natalia’s advice.

So, right in front of Julia’s eyes, Kerparos emptied one warehouse after another.

Only when the last warehouse was completely empty did Logan finally take a deep breath. "Finally done! Mrs. Julia, I’ll never forget your kindness. Thank you so much."

"N-no, it’s nothing," Julia forced a smile and waved Logan goodbye.

Only after Logan’s car disappeared from sight did Julia pick up her phone and call Natalia. "City Lord, tell the truth. How big is Logan’s familiar space?"

On the other end, Natalia sensed Julia’s irritation and guessed she had found sothing out. She laughed, "I told you to take what you should take and not get involved in other things. It seems you didn’t listen. Now you’ve been played, huh?"

"I really got burned!" Julia said, then hung up the phone angrily.

Then she put on a mysterious smile and muttered to herself, "Hmph, I’ve never done a deal where I lose. If the City Lord doesn’t want to say, I’ll find out my own way."

......

Logan returned to his villa and imdiately went into his familiar space.

Just as he expected, in one corner of his space, there were all kinds of shelves stacked up, taking up about 20% of the space.

With this resource, Logan imdiately pulled Kerparos and Lilith to start building his familiar space.

First, he gave each of them a one-square-kiloter area as their territory.

Kerparos didn’t waste any ti. It used up 30% of Logan’s resources and turned her area into a black abyss.

As the red volcanic mouth at the bottom of the abyss was lit up, a very strong dark energy started to appear in the sky over Kerparos’s territory.

After asking Kerparos, Logan learned what this area was for — it was to simulate the environnt of a dark abyss.

This volcanic abyss could turn the unclassified energy in the familiar space into dark energy, which helped dark-stat familiars train faster.

Because the environnt in the human world was so different from where most familiars ca from, many of them lost a lot of their training speed when they were brought here.

This not only slowed down their growth, but also limited the developnt of their tar.

Now, with this volcanic abyss, any dark-stat familiars that Logan bonds in the future can co here to ditate and absorb dark energy.

This solved Lilith’s problem of training too slowly.

If she kept relying on absorbing monsters’ life force to level up quickly, Logan would have to spend a lot of ti and money finding a proper Blood Cultivation Realm.

Now, Lilith’s growth no longer depended on outside conditions.

In addition, there were a lot of ancient spell foundations around this volcanic abyss.

Kerparos moved the temporary [defense array], [skill array], and [energy storage array] that she had built before into her own territory.

With Julia’s generous support, Kerparos improved these arrays completely, greatly increasing their power and durability.

Although this ant the energy of these arrays would now be limited to dark stat, the results they produced would be much stronger.

Especially since Logan now had two dark stat familiars, Kerparos and Lilith, they would get much better boosts from these arrays.

The only problem was that when facing attacks from light stat enemies, the "defense array" would take twice the damage due to stat weakness.

But that was easy to fix.

If one wasn’t enough, just build ten!

There was plenty of resources now. Logan not only built ten "defense arrays" to share the damage, but also ten "skill arrays," storing most of Kerparos and Lilith’s skills and talents inside the familiar space.

To support using these skills, he even built ten more "energy storage arrays" in Kerparos’s territory.

Only after the last array was activated did Logan finally throw Kerparos three big bones and said, "Good job. Next ti I see soone like Diana, I can take ten of them!"
