Seeing that Logan wasn’t going to explain, The Pope David asked again. "Since you know the origin of this terrifying being, you should also know that it’s far more powerful now than it was hundreds of years ago. It’s not even in the sa category."

Logan couldn’t stand it anymore and spat. "Pfft! What nonsense about a demon god descending? It was just that sli symbiotic body going crazy!"

Hearing this, Vincent looked shocked.

At this point, The Pope David pulled off his hair. He had been wearing a wig all along.
On his head, his real hair had withered and turned white, like that of an old man.
Vincent saw this and was completely shocked.
The Pope David was about the sa age as Vincent.
"Why did you get so old?" Vincent’s lips trembled as he asked.
The Pope David heard that and gave a bitter smile.
"Do you think only you suffered when Adela was sacrificed?" The Pope David said as he pulled off his skin. "I also lost my youth!"
In an instant, a face of a middle-aged man in his fifties appeared before Logan and Vincent.
Seeing this, Logan opened his mouth. "So, you want Fischl to break through Saint level, because you want only her to bear the cost of the sacrifice? Right?"
The Pope David, caught by Logan, laughed. "What else? He’s just a machine without feelings. The mont he beca the Imperial Princess, he was already prepared for sacrifice."
