“So I say it’s as clear as day!” Lin Yi maintained a serious and solemn expression.
Class Teacher-040 was speechless, but still ntioned the form of the tentacles in light of their strategic alliance: “Those tentacles looked like they were woven from countless muscle fibers, resembling limbs stripped of flesh and bone.”
“Between the muscle fibers, a certain substance is secreted. It’s slippery to the touch, but once it sticks, it’s very adhesive, like glue.”
“That stuff had a significant impact on my combat suit… If it weren’t for that secretion, I wouldn’t be in such a dire situation.”
Listening to this, Lin Yi’s brows furrowed gradually.
Regarding the tentacles described by Class Teacher-040, Lin Yi had two conjectures: one was the ‘High-level Alien Angel’ from the black sea within the layers of the Art Building. When he fled the Stone Bridge of the Art Building, countless tentacle-like flesh limbs had extended from the ‘High-level Alien Angel’ and devoured the flesh on his back.
And last night, when the layers of the Art Building were reflected overhead, droplets from the black sea and the Sneering Angel infiltrated the campus layer. Perhaps even though the ‘High-level Alien Angel’ didn’t make it over entirely, part of its body may have penetrated during the Grey Mist Invasion?
The other conjecture was the ‘Burial Body’.
The ‘Burial Body’ was contained in the cafeteria’s convenience store, but the containnt was only for a ‘majority’ of it, with many parts still parasitically connected to the cafeteria. Only recently did Lin Yi discover that the Burial Body roots had even grown into the Student Passage.
So, last night, Class Teacher-040 might have also encountered roots extended from the Burial Body infiltrating the layers. And if that’s the case… the convenience store must be ntioned.
Lin Yi asked solemnly, “Did the convenience store owner appear from last night until you passed out?”
“Convenience store owner?” Being reminded by Lin Yi, Class Teacher-040 realized sothing, “The convenience store owner did not appear. Why? Are you suspecting the convenience store owner now?”
Lin Yi sighed silently, his eyes narrowing gradually, “It would be fake to say I’m not suspicious, but I don’t think the convenience store owner is particularly bad. Overall, he’s still a character on the human side. Just… I always feel like he’s scheming sothing…”
Class Teacher-040’s eyelids slightly drooped, as if she had beco silent.

“Often, I have a feeling that it’s not the ‘Principal’ stationed at S City University, but rather the ‘Principal’ anticipating sothing, prompting the official personnel to build S City University and contain him within it.”
“Or, this place inherently needs the Principal to preside over it to combat the Grey Mist Invasion, and simultaneously serves another purpose, aid at the Principal.”
“The entire campus might even be designed to help the ‘Principal’ anchor his identity.”
“But the anchor point was breached by the Grey Mist Invasion, causing the ‘Principal’ to sense sothing, and then he ventured out to sea.”
Class Teacher-040’s words were shocking, leaving Lin Yi with his mouth agape.
“Why didn’t you ntion such an important clue earlier?”
“What about that? This isn’t a clue, it’s rely my speculation. Moreover, this speculation feels rather rebellious… To use such thoughts to speculate about soone who contributes to humanity, I feel very ashad. “You induced , you did!” Class Teacher-040 said with a stern face.
Lin Yi shrank back: “And what about the convenience store owner?”
Class Teacher-040 pondered before speaking: “The convenience store owner’s background is much more mysterious, seemingly brought over by the ‘Principal’ from the Art Building.”
“Is the convenience store owner not from reality?” Lin Yi’s eyes widened. “I thought he was sowhat similar to the Principal!”
“But we don’t know the Principal’s background either!” Class Teacher-040 corrected.
Lin Yi raised a hand to his forehead, unable to help but complain, “Ultimately, the two most powerful Units within S City University are in an area where you know very little?”
Class Teacher-040 felt a bit embarrassed: “The official personnel probably know, but our access level is insufficient, so we’re uninford… What have you discovered?”
“Wait, didn’t you go back to the dormitory to sleep? Where did you make such discoveries?”
Lin Yi rubbed the back of his head: “Didn’t I also go to the cafeteria to eat? So, I’ve been to the convenience store…”

Class Teacher-040 displayed a hint of confusion: “Contained what? I don’t know…”
“Hiss…” Lin Yi secretly took a breath. “The official personnel should know, right?”
Class Teacher-040 quickly said, “No more teasing, quickly tell what you’ve discovered, so I can determine whether I know or not!”
Lin Yi couldn’t help but retort: “Your mory is quite mysterious too…”
“So pieces of knowledge gradually fade if they’re never used!” Class Teacher-040 stuck her tongue out slightly, conveying a peculiar sense of cuteness.
Lin Yi then said, “That mysterious entity is called the ‘Burial Body’…”
As he spoke, he observed Class Teacher-040’s expression.
“The majority of the ‘Burial Body’ is contained within the convenience store, with almost all remaining parts spreading throughout the cafeteria.”
“Wait, wait…” Class Teacher-040 showed a bit of confusion in her eyes. “What do you an by spreading throughout the cafeteria?”
Lin Yi continued, “It ans that the other parts of the Burial Body, like the roots of an old tree, are intricately grown between the walls and bricks of the cafeteria.”
“There appear to be so Burial Body roots in the Student Passage. I assu the situation is similar in other passages…”
“And then there’s the 10th dining window.”
“The 10th dining window is where the Chef in the green apron is based. Within the base, there’s a visible mass of Burial Body roots, from which they make Tomato dishes for others to eat.”
“I also discovered complex branching paths within other passages of the cafeteria, and one of them leads to that 10th dining window…”
“The most crucial point is that the tentacles you described seem very similar to the Burial Body roots as I understand them.”
“I was trying to confirm that, so I asked you questions.” Lin Yi straightforwardly added an explanation.
Listening to Lin Yi’s words, Class Teacher-040’s expression finally shifted.
She couldn’t understand how Lin Yi knew about the interior of the 10th dining window, nor how he discerned the environnt of other passages, let alone how he saw beneath the cafeteria’s brick walls. All she wanted to know was: “Wait, Lin Yi, you’re saying you discovered all of this bit by bit through exploration?”
