The twisted, ferocious grin on his face and his motion of picking up the phone made almost certain it was him!
I wrapped the phone in the Evil Spirit Form, blocking the ringtone from sounding, and then connected the call.
"I'll co find you in two days…"
Wang Ding’s voice and the one from the call—though slightly different—matched completely!
The mont the voice echoed in the room, Wang Ding froze entirely.
"Are you… looking for ?"
Watching Wang Ding’s body tremble violently, he slowly turned his head, squinting as he tried to peer into the darkness.
I guessed he probably couldn’t see very well, so I took a step forward and walked out from the shadows.
"You… you… who are you!!!"
Terror filled Wang Ding’s voice, but… I didn’t answer him.
I just slowly closed my eyes and relaxed my body.
Then, reflected in Wang Ding’s pupils, was a massive black shadow.
A mouth full of a strong, bloody stench.
As expected, in the end, I only managed to eat a bite of Wang Ding’s soul.
This guy, the mont I bit into his soul, it imdiately detached from his body and left this world.
It was my first ti seeing a soul enter the Inner World from the Surface World.

We first left that place.
I told Jiang Yulong not to get involved anymore; I could take care of the rest.

As for , I rented a private room in a nearby internet café and waited until six in the morning.
At 6:00 a.m., I used the Evil Spirit Form to directly enter Wang Ding’s soulless body and wrote out his murder plan on the computer.

After all, many things couldn’t be explained with the laws of physics.
I just wrote why he killed.
Then, I controlled his body and took everything needed for work.
Since I was inside soone else’s body, my Evil Spirit Form technically didn’t leave a physical vessel—however… this flesh didn’t just feel awkward.

It felt completely different from being in Liu Yunyan’s body.
In Liu Yunyan’s body, the soul and the flesh were equal entities, mutually supplenting and completing each other.

What followed was… rather too grueso to look at.
There was a small child by the roadside, and before the bus even rolled over Wang Ding’s body, he started crying.
Because reflected in his pupils… was the shadow of the Evil Spirit Form.
I’d always been curious about how children had sharper senses than adults, so I moved closer to examine.
Just then, his mother picked him up to soothe him.
At that mont, from the child’s pupils, the woman saw the enormous black silhouette.
Then… the woman whipped her head around.
But she couldn’t see at all.
Still, I couldn’t stay there any longer, or I’d truly scare this woman out of her wits.
I quickly left, and the child’s eyes kept following .
That woman… seed to see sothing too, and collapsed to the ground in fright.
But I couldn’t worry about all that anymore, and hurried back to the body still lying in the internet café’s private booth.
Glancing at the ti, I had wasted nearly half an hour just to make Wang Ding’s death appear normal.
