Chapter 23: Holy Orchid Institute
The Holy Orchid Institute had visibly improved under the new reforms it had received, through Shen Tian, tuitions were no longer sothing every student had to give, they could pay it through the Training Ground.
Now, the new batch of students would enter it, among them, were Shen Tian and Feng Hao, the latter had reached the fourth star of the Bronze Rank, while the forr had reached the Silver Rank already, and rged with a Demon Spirit, The Abyssal Void Dragon.
It granted him several abilities, and the attributes it had were two or three, he was still not sure, and he had yet to find a proper area to test it, maybe in the Undying Cycles Realm, there was a lot of space there after all.
When he rged with his Demon Spirit, his body grew to around two ters or three, with black and dark purple scales, his eyes turned red, and he gained amazing speed and physical strength.
He and Feng Hao were in the Fighter Apprentice Class, despite both being far stronger than any 'apprentice' they did not mind, and he wanted to be closer to his fiance, Xiao Ning'er… In case she got hurt.

When he looked at Shen Xiu, a frown appeared on his face, showing annoyance, Shen Tian raised an eyebrow above the other, Nie Li had never et his aunt before, so why was he acting like that?
He then sent a look towards Ye Ziyun, and a bit of happiness erged from his eyes, which made him even more weird, he knew Nie Li had a crush on her, but he wouldn't show it so easily.
He then looked at Li Piao and Du Ze, a commoner who had entered the Holy Orchid Institute in a decent background, while he was not part of the nobility, his talent was higher than average, as a commoner it was very good.
Shen Tian had a feeling that this Nie Li was not the sa Nie Li as the one he had et several tis before, or the sa as the one just a mont before, he was just acting too weirdly when compared to before.
He then pinched himself… How weird was this dude going to act, it was really creeping Shen Tian, and then… Hugged… Li Piao? This was really getting even weirder as ti passed, everyone thought so.
He felt way more interesting however… Shen Tian's knowledge and wisdom made him realize that this Nie Li, was far more knowledgeable than he seed to be, as if he was hiding sothing deep.
Then he felt Nie Li's eyes look at him, with confuse visible in them, after a mont his face expressed a weird feeling, as if he was unsure about the opinion he had on Shen Tian, which was weird.
Ye Ziyun was not appreciating the way he looked at her, but she just ignored him, thinking of him as another average noble, all the nobles looked at her like that, which disgusted her to the core.
Nie Li then focused on Shen Xiu, his eyes revealing angriness, Shen Tian found all of this weird, a mont ago… Was the energy he felt before, the reason why Nie Li suddenly beca different, speaking of that, he did not feel the mysterious aura in Nie Li anymore.
He then also actively started to listen to Shen Xiu's lesson, and snorted,"I have to let you know, that no matter how much you try, you won't reach the level of what nobles will ever reach." She said.
"Teacher Shen Xiu, may I interrupt you?" Nie Li raised his hand and asked, after receiving confirmation from Shen Xiu, he then said:
"Have you ever wondered, if we are not the only humans left in this Age Of Darkness, and that there are other human civilization besides us?" Nie Li said with a calm voice.
"Have you ever traveled the St.Ancestral Mountains, and reached the Endless Desert, The Toxic Forest, The Blood Morn Marsh, Spirit Gulf, Heavenly Luster Mountains or The Northern Snow Forest before?" Nie Li said.
Shen Tian's eyes widened, he had heard of most of those from ancestral records, but he had never heard of the Spirit Gulf before, the rest he had heard of before, however Shen Xiu had even less knowledge than even him.
"Absurd, stop making up nas, boy, besides the only people capable of traveling outside the world are the Scout Division and Gold Rank Demon Spiritualists and above. " Shen Xiu frowned, she thought Nie Li was trying to make up bullsh*t.
Nie Li smiled faintly, although he had no idea what the Scout Division, he pretended he did not hear that, maybe the forr body's mories would know of it,"Then, Teacher Shen Xiu has never traveling to those places, so you have been in this place ever since you were born." He said.
"Since you have never been to those places before, how are you so sure, that there are no other human civilizations besides Glory City,Teacher Shen Xiu?" Nie Li asked innocently again, earning a glare from Shen Xiu.
Then, he told the story of the frog looking at the sky from the bottom of the well, and even Shen Tian had to say that Nie Li was really putting effort into this, he was trying to say that commoners were not always going to stay weak.
"Teacher Shen Xiu, may I speak?" Shen Tian raised his hand as well, he might as well as speak right now, he was going to support Nie Li, because he truly believed people like Feng Hao could be strong, and the latter was gritting his teeth and fists.
Shen Xiu nodded,"You may speak." She said, she expected him to support her ,because he was her nephew, and while they had not connected in a while, she still believed there was a love connection between the two.
"Just like Student Nie Li said, I am wondering, since the Scout Division has brought news of many new lands, why are you so sure those places do not exist? As one of the founders, I've heard of all those lands, expect the Spirit Gulf, I'm sure he has no access to our information, so he is right."
Shen Xiu's eyes widened, Nie Li had a curious look on his face, he really wondered what this Scout Division was, and more importantly, who the heck was Shen Tian, he did not rember him in his forr life!
