"The community might be split with this decision as so of them don’t feel the need to live as we once used to," said Derek.

"Well, figure sothing out quickly before they arrive here with torches," Aurora stood up from her seat. "If I were in charge, those who do not wish to act like a werewolf would need to leave to live with humans or they shouldn’t be so against humans being here."

She continued to say, "Now that Vincent’s problems are over, I have to start getting rid of mine. I’ll be in my bedroom while all of you have a nice chat."

"Well, she’s not wrong. The other packs in the north act more like werewolves than we do. Your word is law Vincent. If you want us to be like we once were, no one can object."

"What about a bonfire," Jane recomnded. It would be a small start. "The children who are coming of age and are able to shift should be going on a hunt soon. We should have a bonfire with the entire community in attendance. Let the young ones wear the old traditional markings to show their transformation."

Abigail tugged on Jane’s shirt to catch her attention. "What is the coming of age and traditional markings?"

"It’s when young werewolves are able to fully transform into a wolf and be able to control it. Traditional markings are signs the elders or the alpha draw on them as they get their ranks. They dance around the fire to show off their ranks."

"What if your rank is low?" Abigail wouldn’t want to dance around if she was the lowest rank. That was why she hated school. She was always ranked at the bottom because of her living situation. Had her classmates seen her living on the street they would’ve laughed even more.

"Everyone plays an important role in the community so regardless of your rank you should be proud of what you accomplish." Jane realised she had to find more books for curious Abigail to understand how things here worked.

The oldest of the two children was much more mature for her age which was understandable considering she had to care for her younger sibling on the street.

Jane wished she was able to know exactly how old the girls were. Each ti she asked they would give her a different age. Either they didn’t want to say or they just did not know. "I will be back," she excused herself. "Play with Vincent or Derek."

Jane wanted to speak with Aurora about sothing she had brought up a while ago. She needed to see if the offer was still on the table. She reached the second floor and went to Aurora’s room.

"Aurora?" She knocked on the door then waited.

"Jane, is sothing wrong?" Aurora wasn’t expecting Jane of all people to co to her room unless she wanted to speak about what the children did today.

"No, nothing is wrong. Do you rember telling that if I wanted you could grant my wish for to have a child?"

"Of course," Aurora replied. She was wondering when Jane would accept the offer. "Do you agree to it now?"

"I’ve tried everything else so they couldn’t hurt. How are you able to do this?" Questioned Jane. She never heard of any re person being able to bless soone with a child. Only a God could do such a thing.

"Artemis created from the essence of an ancient tree which could grant human wishes. It is rare but there is that one mont I could grant soone a wish just like a tree. That mont is approaching and there is no one else I think is deserving of the wish."

"Is that why the Hamiltons are extra desperate to have you back? They figured out the ti was approaching. If it is a rare occurrence, are you waiting to go back there after that ti has passed?" It made the most sense to Jane that Aurora wouldn’t go back to the humans before that.

"No, because I planned to grant your wish before then. They needed a witch ritual with sacrifices to force the wish out of . I can do it super easily. I want to go back around that ti or the children they have collected as sacrifices will be killed for what they have seen. No more children should be hurt."

Aurora had too many vivid mories of a witch killing children and spreading the blood all over her. "Double the amount of children could die this ti since Minnie Hamilton is looking to get eternal youth. Such a ritual requires a lot of sacrifices. More than they had before."

"Abigail and Tara could have been a part of that," Jane beca angered thinking of how many innocent children were killed because of this.

"I have to release their souls so that they can move on. The souls of the children used to make forget who I am. They are trapped in that cave because of what they experienced and there is soone I know who might still be trapped there," Aurora explained one of her reasons for going back.

The Hamilton house had more souls than anyone could ever realise. The souls of the original Hamiltons, innocent humans, and the taken children.

"How do you plan to free them?" Jane didn’t have enough knowledge about freeing souls but whatever it took, she would like to help Aurora be able to set the children’s souls free.

"One, killing the people who killed them and setting the house on fire. I really hope my sister isn’t looking to be the head of the house anymore. She shouldn’t when she is to be married. I haven’t heard from her since then." Aurora hoped Regina was alright.

"They might be witches but they are more like humans. Vincent might kill for saying this but I will be indebted to you. If you wish to see your sister, have you considered a witch glamor to change your appearance?" Jane had knowledge that a witch glamor created an illusion to change the way soone is viewed.

"A witch’s glamour?" Aurora had never heard of such a thing but she had three people who she could ask about it. "Thank you, Jane."
