Aurora groaned, stretching her body as she tiredly opened her eyes almost ready for the start of a brand new day. "Good morning Vincent," she patted right beside her on the bed only to find it empty.
A light breeze flowed through the opened window and sun rays made a path leading to the bed from the window.
"Vincent?" She sat up attempting to drive the remaining sleep out of her body by rubbing her eyes. Hearing no response, she figured he left her alone to go off to do so sort of work. "Great," she sighed, dropping back against the bed.
She touched the side of the bed Vincent slept on last night and found it to be cold aning he had been gone for a while. "He could’ve woken up before he left," she muttered.
Just as she said this, the door of Vincent’s bedroom opened up. "I thought you could’ve done with a little more sleep before I ca back with breakfast," he held the tray of food up higher for her to see.
"You didn’t leave," she said in confusion. He was getting her breakfast?
"Why do you look so amazed? I would’ve said goodbye before I left you. I have a feeling that was sothing you disliked in the past. I’m sorry," he apologized. He carefully placed the tray on the bed to avoid the tea spilling on the bed or Aurora.
"I got used to it after a while. Good to see that you are learning," she sat up to look at what he brought. "I kind of like waking up to you bringing breakfast."
"Well, get used to it. It will happen every day from now on."
"Who says I will be in your bed tomorrow for you to do this? My door has a witch spell and you won’t be able to enter so easily," Aurora jokingly said.
"I am certain you will be in my bed tonight and the night after that. You must know that I am an excellent talker. You will be here and begging to never leave. Now eat," he took the fork to pick up so egg and sausage and then held it up to her mouth.
Aurora smiled loving this side of Vincent not many or no one else would ever be able to see. She gladly accepted the food he was offering her. "Have you eaten?" She asked as he was the type to feed her before he fed himself.
"I will eat after you are finished," he scooped up more food for her to eat.
Aurora looked down at the tray filled with an assortnt of food and drinks. However, there was only one fork. "Don’t tell you have no plans of eating any of this and I must eat all of this?"
Vincent nodded his head whilst pushing the fork to her lips. "Your body felt weak last night so we must feed you a lot of nutrients. I have fruit here, take your pick."
Aurora kept her mouth shut, refusing to eat the food he was giving her. "That’s lovely and all but I am not eating all of this food Vincent. It can’t all fit inside of and I’ll throw up if I try to. You have to eat so of this with ," she took the fork from his hands.
Vincent sat quietly not objecting to her wanting to feed him. What man would be crazy enough to stop the woman he loved from doing this. He opened his mouth when she placed a good amount of food on the fork and held it out to him. "Thank you," he accepted the food.
Aurora placed the fork down to pour herself a cup of juice.
"I will have to leave soon to investigate sothing but Cherry has sent a letter stating she will be coming to visit you today. I haven’t heard from her since the after event of Victor’s party so it would be good for you to see how she is doing and hang out." Vincent was inford early in the morning of more vampire sightings.
The creatures were becoming bold again and this ti, he had a ssage to send back to the vampire royals. He wasn’t afraid to go to war with the bloodsuckers. He had to put an end to them attacking the community one way or the other.
Cherry would be a nice distraction for Aurora since he didn’t want her to know how dangerous things were becoming already.
"Great. I was planning on visiting her later," Aurora replied.
"What for?" Vincent popped a grape into his mouth and looked at Aurora. He watched her eyes widen as she probably didn’t want him to know why she wanted to see Cherry. "Don’t worry about it. I have to leave soon but I will be back before dinner. I promise."
"You only took one bite of breakfast," she looked down at the tray still full of food. She had only taken one bite too.
"I will eat when I leave. I need at." A simple breakfast like this would do nothing for him when he was going out for a long ti. He needed at to fill the hunger he woke up with. That was one of the reasons he only brought food for Aurora.
"Sotis I forget you are a werewolf and not just a regular person. I will see you tonight for dinner. No later than that."
"Yes ma’am," Vincent saluted her. He kissed her on the cheek as a goodbye, leaving her with the tray of food to be eaten. He already cleaned up while she was sleeping and changed into new clothes.
"Why does it feel like I am his wife already?" Aurora muttered when Vincent left her in the room all alone. She sighed when she looked down at all the food he brought for her. Instead of letting it go to waste, she’ll try to eat as much as she can.
Ti passed in the quiet bedroom and Aurora had eaten as much as she could. There was so food remaining on the tray but she couldn’t have any more of it. She slid off the bed to go open the bedroom door first. Sensing soone outside when she opened the door, she peeked out to see Cherry getting ready to knock on her door.
Aurora’s eyes widened while Cherry gasped realizing where Aurora had slept last night.
"Oh my! Tell the both of you finally did it," Cherry excitedly hopped over to Aurora. She could not contain her joy for the progress in the relationship between the two. Finally grumpy pants had soone to love and it was soone Cherry liked.
"It’s not what you think," Aurora stopped Cherry before her mind could wander into the deep end. "We only slept together in the bed last night. Nothing more."
Cherry’s excitent decreased a tiny bit but she was still excited. "Sleeping together opens the door for sothing more to happen. You do want more to happen right? You kind of looked disappointed when you said you only slept together."
"I an, it wouldn’t make any sense for to be around soone like Vincent and not feel the need to beco closer to him."
"What an innocent way of saying you want to have sex with him. Co, let’s talk," Cherry left the front of Aurora’s bedroom to go into Vincent’s bedroom. She had much to talk about with Aurora and didn’t need prying ears listening in.
Aurora closed the door behind Cherry forgetting all about taking the tray back down to the kitchen. "How have you been since the whole kidnapping ordeal and seeing , well, attack those people?"
"It took a minute for to grasp what was happening but then I ca to terms with it. I am not freaked out by that but by the fact that my mory is not good. Now that we have that out of the way, how do you plan to seduce Vincent and don’t give that wait till marriage excuse. I know you want a taste of him."
"This will co as a shocker to you but Vincent and I had sex a long ti ago. I just returned to normal and the first ti we almost did it was interrupted by Derek," Aurora rembered the embarrassing mont.
Cherry imdiately started to plot against Derek for ruining it. "Even though you slept together, that was a long ti ago as you said. The fire must be burning inside of you these days. Don’t worry, as your friend I will help you," she placed a hand on Aurora’s shoulder.
"Help do what exactly," Aurora replied looking at the hand placed on her. She wanted Cherry to make her a certain dress for the night not whatever she had in mind now.
"Help you seduce the big bad wolf of course," Cherry said, already having a devious plan in mind. "We are going to have Vincent under your control tonight. Are you ready?"
