Amid the thoughts of all parties, David had already arrived at the New York Stock Exchange.
There was, in fact, a reason he chose to hold a press conference here.

"Mr. Joshua, according to Arica's legal provisions, not to ntion the IRS, even the governnt has no right to investigate our foundations, nor to request us to disclose foundation data, so we do not need to worry about this."
"That's true in principle. However, if that bastard dares to make such an announcent in front of the whole world, he must be confident in his claim. Think carefully, does our foundation have any loopholes, or could he have seized so sort of leverage on us?"
It was not Joshua's first encounter with David; in fact, ever since David began to target Nevada State Governor Stevenson, their war had already begun.
And after so many bouts of open and covert fighting, Joshua had co to understand David rather well, knowing that despite appearing brash on the surface, in practice, he was very ticulous. So, the opponent must have been sure of his position to make such a move!
