David closed the file he was looking at about Migaoi Film Company and placed it on the shelf to one side before replying, “With the eight major film companies applying pressure, it’s normal for the smaller ones to hesitate to step up. Go to the Migaoi Film Company and have their person in charge co to see .”
“Yes, sir.”
Shortly after Nisen had left, Selina walked in and said, “I’ve received a tip-off that I think you should be aware of.”
“What kind of tip-off?”
David beca slightly interested, knowing the unusual channels behind Selina’s family, and figuring that the tip-off she brought this ti was probably no trivial matter.
“I heard that Disney’s people are currently lobbying Congress, urging them to attack or even… repeal the tax evasion law!”
At those words, David’s face froze.
After Selina ntioned the so-called tip-off, he had considered various possibilities, but had not anticipated that Disney would be audacious enough to consider repealing the law.
After all, this was a law that the IRS had lobbied Congress for years to pass, using a Herculean effort.

“Besides, the company was founded by Walter Disney, who was of Jewish origin, and to this day, it’s still controlled by the Jewish People, and the role that the Jewish People’s Group can play in Arica goes without saying, right?”
When they received the news that The Walt Disney Company was lobbying Congress, Selina and her father were, to be honest, overjoyed.
As they understood it, Disney’s behind-the-scenes power brokers were Jewish, and although not core mbers of the Jewish community, Jews have always been a tight-knit alliance.
If a mber was in trouble, others wouldn’t just stand by or leave them to fend for themselves!
This might just be the key to provoking a dispute between Freemasonry and the IRS!

When it ca to matters involving Congress, let alone David, even the IRS headquarters didn’t have much sway. Only the long-established political families of Arica could wield so influence in Congress.
