Gray's nearly pleading posture is what made David pretty satisfied. He spoke up, "Whether you get to be the good guy is up to the court, our Internal Revenue Service only cares about collecting taxes. Pay the taxes you owe, leave the docunts with us in the IRS archive, and we'll call it even!"
Upon hearing this, Gray, who had been in a state of despair, instantly brightened up and agreed hastily, "Yes, yes, yes, I'll pay the taxes, and leaving the docunts in your archive is doable!"
Bucky imdiately stepped up, spread the archiving form in front of Gray, and explained, "Deputy Mayor Gray, please fill in your occupation and inco details here..."

Not only would he pay his taxes punctually to the IRS every month, but he would also never involve himself again in anything related to Dieter or tangled with the IRS and other criminal syndicates even if it killed him!

They had already received the notice, which was agreed upon by both Chief Tax Officer William and David, so although they were quite annoyed, they could only begrudgingly accept it.
