Chapter 470: Chapter 235: The White Horse? He Shall Co and Never Return! _3

Local residents must be used to it by now. Only incidents involving fatalities make the hot news.

Casual traffic accidents or fights where one or two people die don’t draw attention. It must be at least five or six fatalities, deaths by gunshot, or loss of police officers or people with special status, like so gang leader or councilor with local influence, for there to be a grand introduction.

The level of occupational hazard for mayors and city councilors here is probably second only to xico’s. After all, customs and milieu here are no different from across the river in New Laredo, where bureau chiefs and police chiefs with real power thrive.

The busier the area, the lower the position of the bureau chief. Take Los Angeles, for example, where one must heed the preferences of mayors and city council and various capital owners, and can be easily investigated and removed.

Even the economic developnt of places like Little Rock and Palm Valley isn’t too shabby compared to other states.

The more chaotic the place and the more economically backward it is, the greater the actual power of those backed by guns.

Because the law hardly works here; the light from the beacon of civilization is too dim! To mix it up here, you need an M4.

Even if you’re a mayor or city councilor, you still need my people’s protection to survive and govern. There’s no pretending otherwise. Dare to speak about drug prohibition and the next day, your brain will have been aired out at ho!

Who did it? How would I, the police chief, know? I’m investigating, aren’t I?

I advise you to be wise and understand the tis. Make a quick buck here and then head back to Houston, the capital of Texas.

“If you’re interested in those solitary swimrs on the wanted list. I’ve received so intelligence and could offer you so assistance,” Allen Zhang sent several location ssages to the Beggar Gang Disciples.

“Ten thousand dollars per person. They attacked police officers yesterday; at least a dozen got away. There are no caras at the port, and it’s pitch-black; you can only search by the appearance of those in distress. If you’re lucky, you could earn at least fifty or sixty thousand dollars a day by catching them before the local hoodlums and bounty hunters!”

The Beggar Gang Disciples imdiately showed interest, discussing to try their luck based on the intelligence provided by the General Sect Leader.

For such minor tasks, of course, the General Sect Leader wouldn’t personally take the field himself, he’d leave it all to the Beggar Gang Disciples to handle; if they actually caught people, they’d just share the profits with the General Sect Leader.

Under normal circumstances, finding people is very difficult, particularly since Laredo is chaotically ordered but you wouldn’t really see many holess people on the streets.

Firstly, Laredo’s economic developnt is truly poor; its official inco isn’t substantial, no one develops real estate, and no one wants to invest here.

Behind the scenes, all the bosses use their money for white girls, villas, cars, promoting the virtual coin market.

If the region isn’t prosperous, there’s no policy support or charitable organizations; holess people simply can’t survive; the environnt doesn’t allow it.

Secondly, if you dare to lie in the street late at night, the next second you’ll be snatched by local snoops for processing. Organ trafficking here is much more intense than in Los Angeles!

There are holess people everywhere, but when the production of holess people can’t keep up with the rate they’re snapped up and cleaned up, obviously, there will be no holess people on the streets.

After finishing breakfast, Boketu took the Beggar Gang Disciples out to make money, and the General Sect Leader prepared to leave on his tasks with Old Jack and Blitz.

Bolo arrived with his n, greeted with a cheery, “Hey! Guys! Had breakfast yet? Hello, Mr. Jin!”

“Not bad, at least you found out what I’m called,” Allen Zhang replied nonchalantly, too lazy to scoff at him.

He must have spent money last night to find out about him, definitely dug up sothing. But the General Sect Leader’s dealings are squeaky clean; whatever you’re allowed to find, is definitely ant for you to find.

Old Jack’s smile didn’t reach his eyes, “Speak if you have business. I knew your breakfast wasn’t that simple.”

“You’re really wronging ! I truly ant to host you with good intentions!” Bolo protested, but quickly shifted the topic: “However, aside from the One Hundred Thousand Dollars, I do have sothing I want to discuss with you.”

“If you’re here about Blood Shark’s people, don’t bother.”

Allen Zhang stated plainly, “If they haven’t directly troubled , I’ve no interest in your ss.”

“How did you know?” Bolo was startled.

“Buddy, my abilities are far greater than you imagine,” the General Sect Leader said with a slight smile. “Anything else?”

“Nothing else,” Bolo felt a chill run down his spine.

“Okay, then make way; we have matters to attend to,” Allen Zhang said affably, waving his hand.

“Sure.” Watching the General Sect Leader depart, Bolo breathed a sigh of relief, hesitating to speak yet desiring to.

Finally, he mustered the courage, “Mr. Jin, a friend of mine wants to invite you to a al; they want to buy so military weapons from you.”

“Ti, place,” Allen Zhang asked.

“8 o’clock tonight at the Rainbow Restaurant in the harbor area. They’re a capable team, mainly interested in your helicopter,” uttered a nervous Bolo.

“Okay,” Allen Zhang nodded, responding ambiguously, “As long as the price is right, I’ll sell any weapons!”

Having said that, he turned around and left with his n.

That easy?

Relieved, Bolo exhaled deeply, watched them go, and quickly reached for his phone to contact the White Horse Group’s boss.

“Mr. Bangkok? They’ve agreed! After it’s done, do I not have to return the One Hundred Thousand Dollars? What? The goods and money are mine too? Great, great!” Hanging up, he was all smiles.

He also signaled his underlings to start getting busy.
