Chapter 436: Chapter 224 Ambush, Attack Part 2
“Storm’s crew didn’t show up?” Another headcount perceived a shortage of people. Besides their two teams, there were the xicans, who were usually proactive. How co they hadn’t encountered them halfway through?
“Could it be their doing?”
People started to suspect each other and then unloaded the spare tire from the car, preparing for an on-the-spot replacent.
Allen Zhang directly ordered Old Jack to take action, making sure not to harm the hostages in the car.
“What if we accidentally hit them?” a Beggar Gang Disciple asked.
“Then it’s just their bad luck,” Allen Zhang replied.
The General Sect Leader ca this ti solely to eradicate these vile human traffickers; rescuing the captives was just incidental. Surely we can’t stop attacking them just because you poor hostages were kidnapped, right?
Sacrifice one for the happiness of thousands—don’t you understand this principle?
“Ok.”
Upon receiving the orders through his earpiece, Old Jack picked up the VSS sniper rifle, peered through the scope at a thug who was busy fixing a tire, pulled the trigger, and with a snap, the bullet soared, piercing through the skull, blowing the top of his head off.
The thug holding the spare tire was splattered with blood on his face. Stunned, he watched as his companion suddenly beca senseless, and in horror, he yelled, “Ambush! Ambush!!”
“Is it the FBI!? Or the CIA!?”
“WTF! We’ve been betrayed!”
“No way! We’ve paid the money!!”
The traffickers were terrified and confused about where the gunfire was coming from. They darted for cover, scrambling to hide behind obstacles.
Old Jack then pivoted his gun to target the traffickers. From his high vantage point, there was simply nowhere to hide at the intersection. He began picking them off one by one with rapid snaps.
The continuous gunshots, like harvesting leeks, saw trafficker after trafficker fall to the ground.
Allen Zhang saw soone running out from behind cover, approaching their concealed bushes, and imdiately raised his gun, giving the order, “Fire!!”
Ratatatatat!!
Beggar Gang Disciples aid at the traffickers, bullets pouring out, tongues of fla devouring— the group was instantly turned into sieves.
Soone daring to return fire squatting on the car, took out a handgun and fired wildly into the pitch-black bushes. Allen Zhang, through the 4x scope, locked onto his head, pulled the trigger, and with a snap, it burst open like a waterlon. The body slumped to the ground, lifeless.
Nice.
Accuracy 1!
The sound of gunfire gradually subsided, the traffickers were all annihilated within a minute.
The General Sect Leader ordered the Beggar Gang Disciples to cease firing and then sent people over to finish off any survivors and check the situation.
Indeed, they found a Black man who had died underneath the car, in this pitch-black weather, coupled with his racial attributes, had it not been for the night vision goggles, he would have really been overlooked.
After being discovered by the Beggar Gang Disciples, Black panicked and attempted to shoot back, but the disciple sent a flying kick, knocking the gun from his hand, and pulled him out directly.
“Kneel! Hands on your head! Don’t move!” the Beggar Gang Disciple shouted a warning, gun pointed at his forehead.
“Okok…”
Terrified, Black quickly knelt down and did as ordered. The Beggar Gang Disciples moved in and firmly tied his hands and feet.
“How many of you are there? Where’s your main camp? Who’s your boss!” Allen Zhang interrogated.
“There are seven of us. We don’t have a fixed camp. Everyone’s here. Our boss is already killed by you guys—the Black person whose head got blown off,” Black hastily replied.
Allen Zhang glanced at the Black man lying on the ground, checked, and indeed, his head was blasted by the VSS, dead as can be.
He then asked, “You’re not with the people in the other car? How many people have you kidnapped in total? How many tis have you dealt with Heaven’s Gate? What are your usual thods of operation?”
“They are from another team, also around five or six people. There is another group of xicans. We all know each other as acquaintances and competitors in the circle. We kidnapped two people this ti and have had five or six transactions with Heaven’s Gate, each ti it’s two people.”
Black was scared out of his wits; facing the interrogation, he spilled everything.
This included contacting people from Heaven’s Gate, purchasing their anesthetizing chemicals, and formulating kidnapping plans.
“Please don’t kill , I have a pregnant wife and a seventy-year-old mother to support. I’ve just started out in the business, just trying to earn so money for my family. I’ve never done anything bad!” Black begged tearfully, his nose running.
You’re damn involved in kidnapping and still say you’ve never done anything bad?
The Beggar Gang Disciples opened the van and indeed saw a young man and woman bound tightly, apparently a couple. Another van had a holess man and a fat middle-aged person, both unconscious.
They also fished out syringes and chemical substances from the dical box in the control console of the car.
Seeing that no more information could be squeezed out of him, Allen Zhang nodded, “Ok, you have a family, huh? I have a family too. I won’t kill you, off you go.” He signaled to the Beggar Gang Disciples to untie Black.
Upon being released, Black was overjoyed, grateful without looking back, and fled!
He even lost his shoes running, such speed that was beyond reach. At that mont, his sprint speed must have broken the 10-second barrier!
Allen Zhang waved towards Old Jack, took out a piece of gum from his pocket, and started to chew it. He then told the Beggar Gang Disciples to start cleaning up the corpses on the spot, changing the tires of the van.
