The remaining Beggar Gang Disciples all had their faces blanched with fear, hiding at the street corner watching the departing van, frantically taking out their cell phones to call for help.

Allen Zhang just then unhurriedly started the armored truck, ca to their side, lowered the window, and announced, "No need to call the police. I’ll handle this."

"Big Brother? How co you’re here?" The Beggar Gang Disciples, seeing the sudden appearance of Allen Zhang, felt as if they gained a backbone instantly, hurriedly said, "Those Black people kidnapped Hod and Billy."

"I saw it. Hurry back, the streets are not safe these days. Tell the others not to wander the streets unnecessarily," Allen Zhang instructed, and continued to reassure, "I will bring them both back safely."

Rolling up the window, he pressed the accelerator and drove off the street, pursuing the van which had left the city area, heading towards the Black Panther team’s base in the suburbs.

"Boss, why didn’t we take action just now?" On the way driving, Qibatu was still sowhat puzzled.

"They definitely kidnapped more than two people; there might be other victims in the area. If we startled them too soon, they’d get wind of it and run off. Then it wouldn’t be easy to catch them again."

Allen Zhang explained briefly, these new recruits still doubted the General Sect Leader’s arrangents, while the old staffer Sieg had already laid back and started playing with his phone.

Using adept driving skills and engine power, the Sect Leader quickly caught up with that van, seeing its tail lights from a distance, but not overtaking it to avoid drawing attention, simply following closely without haste.

He followed the van into the wilderness area of the suburbs, then slowed down as the van turned onto a small road, heading towards a rundown factory.

In order not to attract attention, Allen Zhang also turned the steering wheel and diverted the vehicle into an intersection, turned off the engine, and got out to observe the situation.

In the factory yard, there were two pickup trucks parked, a bonfire burning, and two Black guys there guarding the gate.

The van stopped straight in the yard, and several Black people got out and carried down the kidnapped Beggar Gang Disciples, who were already unconscious, apparently either hit with a tranquilizer syringe or so other sleep-inducing drug on the van.

A few more people also ca out of the factory at the noise, the leading Black guy was sturdy, wearing a string of gold chains, and greeted those Black people with a fist bump, it wasn’t clear what they said, but the leading Black guy then ordered the other underlings to carry the people inside the factory.

Those Black people who transported the goods turned around and got back on the van, then left the scene via another intersection.

Watching the departing vehicle, Allen Zhang let Sieg take so people to other locations to scout and gather intelligence.

Sieg and his team were professionals, and with professional equipnt, quickly scouted and collected intelligence on the Black Panther camp.

They reported back to the General Sect Leader, "Boss, there are more than a dozen people here, and so are ard with guns, but no heavy firepower was seen."

Allen Zhang pondered for a few seconds, also decided to teach these Blacks a lesson, and imdiately had Sieg take out the VSS sniper rifle from the vehicle, which was equipped with a sniper aiming system, loaded with subsonic bullets, and fitted with a suppressor, made specifically for stealth operations.

"Keep it as quiet as possible, take out the Blacks who have firearms from a distance. Sneak over there, no gunfire needed." Allen Zhang gestured a series of combat signals.

"Ok." Sieg gladly took the command, picked up the VSS sniper rifle, put on a wireless headset, and took one person to find a suitable high position for shooting.

"The rest stay here and wait for Sieg’s signal to imdiately infiltrate, surround the factory, I’ll follow in the car, leave two people outside for backup, in case of an ergency they can open fire for suppression," Allen Zhang instructed, and the Beggar Gang Disciples all nodded in understanding.

Although the General Sect Leader’s shooting was just average, his thinking was very clear.

He got back into the armored truck, feeling that a shootout outside was still not very safe; with an armored car and a sniper rifle, why would anyone engage them in direct gunfire?

If it weren’t for his own people inside, the Sect Leader would’ve loved to bring over a rocket launcher, gifting them a rocket, leveling their house!

Sorry, but being an arms dealer is really showing off. We’ve got plenty of weapons in our military supply reserves, aren’t you envious?

Sieg, carrying a case, ca to a discreet slope overlooking the camp below, which was full of opening sightlines; the two Black guys outside were chatting and laughing, puffing on leaves, completely unaware of the imminent danger.

He opened the green military packaging box of the VSS, took out the brand-new rifle, and two boxes of subsonic bullets, filled the magazines, installed the aiming system, and made the pre-firing assembly preparations.

Sieg held his breath and focused, lying on the ground, setting up the VSS sniper rifle, skillfully adjusted the sniper aiming system, and the Beggar Gang top fighter beside him also took out professional equipnt to test the wind speed and distance, minimizing the shooting error for sniping.

"What do you say, buddy? After a shift change, shall we head over to Little Rock and play a few? As a big boss like , they’re definitely gonna welco with open arms. Because not only do I have a big buddy, but I also have lots of money!" Black laughed boastfully, pulling out a roll of Paper Currency from his pocket.

"Shit! Black Devil! You just got lucky and won so money these past few days. If it weren’t for your sister sleeping with Randy, do you really think you’d be called over to guard the camp?" The Black guy beside him said disdainfully.
