This left part of Adolf Ochs’s earlier loan unused. Paul Warburg, being completely captivated by the opportunities in Florida’s real estate market, imdiately decided to inject this sum into Florida’s booming property sector!
“This ti, Donnie essentially paved a wide, spacious road for us with his own money!”
Felix Warburg said smugly, “Spending several million dollars battling over ‘The New York Tis,’ all the while secretly planning to acquire the paper himself—he probably never expected us to catch on to his plan!”

Paul Warburg smiled and said, “No need to feel regret. One should always look at the bigger picture. That piece of land Donnie acquired is ant to be a gift for Zhan Ning’s husband, and naturally, that land will effectively belong to us—the Warburg family!”
Felix Warburg first nodded, then expressed so concern. “Paul, do you think Donnie’s refusal to let Zhan Ning return to Germany for childbirth ans he’s already figured sothing out?”
Paul Warburg responded, “Donnie must have picked up on sothing, but he can’t possibly grasp our true intentions. He likely just assus we’re trying to ensure Zhan Ning’s child stays closer to the Warburg family rather than anything else.”
Felix Warburg said with so frustration, “The only thing that bothers about all this is Zhan Ning refusing to comply with your plan. Could it be that this child has already…”
At this, Felix Warburg looked at Paul Warburg with obvious worry.
Paul Warburg waved his hand dismissively and said, “You should trust the way our family educates its children. Zhan Ning’s refusal is largely driven by her maternal instincts. There’s nothing to worry about.
