Chapter 929: 317, the second batch of Tarot Society mbers_2

The last to arrive at Block Manor was Jack Morgan. Although everyone already knew whom he was introducing, seeing the person in question still caused a bit of surprise.

The current president of General Motors, the helmsman of the DuPont Family—Pierre DuPont!

The six individuals newly introduced had already undergone examinations and certifications. Therefore, when they entered Block Manor, it did not an they were already new mbers of the Tarot Society. Only after undergoing the mysterious mbership ritual would they officially beco mbers of the Tarot Society.

As for the mysterious mbership ritual of the Tarot Society… Once you participate in this ritual, even thinking of doing anything detrintal to the Society could ruin your reputation with the re exposure of the ritual.

After the ceremony ended, the six individuals officially joined the Tarot Society, becoming its newest mbers.

Once this matter was concluded, the annual eting of the Tarot Society moved on to the next topic of discussion: seeking mutual cooperation, whether in business or politics.

Or perhaps a mber encountering issues in their business or political ventures would need assistance from their fellow mbers to resolve them.

In this discussion, there was no requirent that everyone must share their individual ideas for a collective exploration. You could search for specific friends with whom you needed direct collaboration.

For example, during this eting, Andrew llon and Old Rockefeller reached an agreent for a partnership in oil field exploitation. Recently, in the southwestern United States, an oil field with significant reserves was discovered. Andrew llon and Old Rockefeller were the first to learn of this information, so they agreed to jointly acquire and develop the field.

Jack Morgan, on the other hand, collaborated with Abbas Lock from Chase Bank regarding cotton futures in the Wall Street markets. They planned to launch a sudden strike in the cotton futures market, driving cotton prices to rise sharply. Once the price reached their targeted expectation, they would sell off their futures holdings swiftly, reaping significant profits!

John Hines also reached a consensus with Coolidge, Hoover, and Andrew llon. After John Hines succeeded as United States Army Chief of Staff, the White House would approve funding for army developnt.

Walker struck an agreent with DuPont for a large-scale office building project in New York.

It could be said that everyone gained sothing during this eting, except for one individual who had remained silent since the eting began—Donnie.

As everyone finalized their collaborative arrangents, they began to notice this situation.

“Donnie, you seem unusually quiet today!”

Jack Morgan, in an excellent mood, teased Donnie.

Donnie smiled and responded, “I rely didn’t want to interrupt everyone’s fervent discussions.”

Andrew llon chuckled and said to Donnie, “Judging by what you’ve said, are you brewing a grand plan in your mind?”

For mbers of the Tarot Society, there were currently three major plans under consideration: first, the plan devised by Donnie, llon, Morgan, and Rockefeller targeting the Kuhn, Loeb & Co. consortium; second, the investnt by Donnie, llon, and Morgan in the Florida real estate sector; and third, the collaboration between Donnie, Walker, and Morgan in Europe alongside the Rothschild Family to deal with those super financial speculators.

However, these three plans, much like everyone else’s proposals, were connected exclusively among certain mbers and were not disclosed to the entire Tarot Society.

Donnie chuckled and said, “Grand plan is overstating it. I might have a modest plan in mind!”

Upon hearing Donnie’s words, the attendees showed excited expressions. If there was anyone present they couldn’t fully fathom, it was undoubtedly Donnie.

It wasn’t because Venus Bank owned an extensive array of enterprises. In fact, among those gathered today—Morgan, DuPont, Rockefeller, llon, and even Chase Bank—they all owned or controlled enterprises that matched or exceeded Venus Bank in size.

But Venus Bank’s developnt history was far too short, and in such a brief period, Donnie had elevated this consortium to beco the ninth-largest financial conglorate in the United States.

It could be said that every investnt Donnie made nowadays brought enormous returns!

This was precisely why they admired and were eager to engage with him!

“Co on, Donnie, don’t keep us guessing. Let’s hear your plan!”

Jack Morgan chid in, laughing.

Donnie nodded and said, “You all know I recently visited Europe. While in Germany, I reached an agreent with the Krupp Family to establish a new arms factory in the United States. The site has already been selected—Trenton city in New Jersey. If any of you are interested, you’re welco to invest. I’m willing to release so shares.”

Drawing Tarot Society mbers into the arms factory as shareholders was sothing Donnie had long planned. The nature of the arms factory was too specialized. If Donnie rely wanted it to be a factory of ordinary scale, he could easily manage it on his own.

But if the goal was to expand this factory into sothing larger, it required participation from more financial conglorates. Only through this approach could the arms factory achieve better growth.

Upon hearing of Donnie’s plan to establish an arms factory, the expressions of those present changed notably.
