Although these two places are adjacent, their economies are drastically different. In 1999, Westchester County ranked eighth among the 3,107 counties in the United States and was also ho to the headquarters or major offices of several multinational corporations, including IBM, Mastercard International, Swiss Re Arica Corporation, among others.
And all of this was largely due to the presence of the Rockefeller Family, which granted Westchester County extraordinary developntal advantages.

Showing a puzzled expression, young Rockefeller, drawing from his understanding of his father, asked, "Father, is there sothing I did wrong in this matter?"
