Caron clearly had more than just a passing thought about Donnie's proposal and had his own ideas.
"Why not take Atlantic City Broadcast public? The New York stock market is doing well right now, and many company stocks are growing rapidly.

Donnie adjusted his posture. Initially, he just wanted to test whether Caron had learned anything truly useful in college, but he hadn't expected Caron to give him such a big surprise.

She hadn't understood the earlier discussion about logistics, but she did understand when it ca to Caron considering dropping out!
Donnie reassured her, "Don't worry, Caron won't drop out halfway. He's too valuable. Even if I don't need the logistics business, Caron must finish college!"
Only when Jennifer heard Donnie's assurance did she relax and smiled, "Alright then, I don't understand what you guys are talking about. I'll go out for a walk!"
Donnie called Steve Cotting to ensure Jennifer's safety.
After Steve Cotting left with Jennifer, Donnie noticed the disappointed look on Caron's face.
"Caron, there are so things I was planning to tell you after you graduated, but your behavior today has pleased greatly. Maybe you're ready to know my future plans for you now!"
Caron asked, "What plans?"
Donnie said, "Actually, I have a good relationship with Harding and his Cabinet mbers. Coupled with my influence in Atlantic City, I hope you can enter politics after graduation. At that ti, the Block Family's resources will fully support you, and I believe your achievents will not be low!"

John Block, the eldest brother, was rash and prone to outbursts, a temperant only suitable for gang life, so Donnie arranged for him to join the Family Alliance.
