After Donnie hung up the phone, Steve Cotting spoke to him.
Donnie glanced at the ti and said, "Tonight then. Inform Dick that I'll take him out to dinner tonight!"
Investing in Breton Bank, as it presently seed, might be the least important matter amongst those that needed Donnie's attention.

"I've looked over the details of the partnership with Breton Bank, and there are basically no problems at all!"
Raising his glass, Donnie smiled and said to Dick, "Congratulations, Mr. Dick, from now on, Breton Bank will be one of the top three banks in Atlantic City, alongside Morgan and llon!"
Dick was also very happy. He had given up 10% of Breton Bank's stock in exchange for a third share of Atlantic City, which seed to be a very good deal no matter how he looked at it!
"Donnie, I'm very grateful for your help with this. Without you, it would not have been possible for Breton Bank to enter Atlantic City so smoothly.
And the congratulations shouldn't just be for , but for us, since you, Donnie, are now one of the major shareholders of Breton Bank!"
Donnie didn't deny it, smiling as he said, "Then let's congratulate us!"
The two clinked glasses, after which Donnie continued, "Dick, the design for the Surf Hotel in Atlantic City is out, and we are ready to start construction during this period. I expect that by this ti next year, our hotel can officially open for business!"

Donnie laughed, "The stock market is thriving nationwide, and the stocks of many listed companies are on the fast track. Take General Electric, for instance. By how much has their stock price increased from last year to this year? At least 30%, right?
If we could take advantage of this expressway with Atlantic City to list Breton Bank, it would definitely be sought after by Wall Street when the ti cos. I believe the share price of Breton Bank could at least double!"
Dick was not swayed by Donnie's suggestion. Breton Bank was their family business. Although there were other shareholders, the control of the bank had always been firmly in their family's hands.

Now that construction of the Surf Hotel was about to begin, it was natural for Breton Bank to keep pace with the progress.
"Donnie, I've taken a good look at Atlantic City these past couple of days. The East District, West District, and North District each have their own advantages.
The East District is the traditional wealthy district of Atlantic City. After reforms, the West District's developnt has taken the fast track. I believe that if it continues, surpassing the East District is only a matter of ti.
As for the North District, it is naturally expensive due to the presence of the boardwalk," Dick shared his analysis with Donnie.
Donnie said, "Choose the West District. The West District will beco the financial center of Atlantic City in the future. Although it's a bit distant from the boardwalk's Surf Hotel, I'm more optimistic about the West District's developnt!"
In Donnie's vision, the North District, which boasted the boardwalk, would develop into a fully serviced community centered around the Surf Hotel, with tourism and gambling being the most important pillar industries.

After thinking for a mont, Dick said, "Alright, I will spend so ti earnestly looking for the right place in the West District!"
Donnie nodded, "If you run into any problems, you can go to Robert. He will help you solve all of them!"
Dick raised his glass with a smile, "To our booming business in Atlantic City!"
