Dustbog should have already realized that his position would ultimately be replaced by those in the Strategic Departnt, so now that the Rothschild family has approached him, it should have given Dustbog so hope."
No plan, no matter how perfect, can be without loopholes.
Warner Ditch and Dustbog are the loopholes in Donnie’s plan.
Though Warner Ditch is a talent discovered by Donnie himself, he had been supported by Leck Young.
Yet whether it was due to the allure of the Rothschild family or finally getting the chance for revenge that led him to betray, it no longer mattered to Donnie.
As for Dustbog, no one wants to lose their power, especially when it pertains to a monopolistic retail chain company in the United States.
"This matter is not your responsibility; after all, you have too many things to focus on!"
Robert consoled Donnie.
Donnie laughed, "When did you learn to say such charming things?"
Robert chuckled as well, "At this mont, I shouldn’t be kicking you when you’re down, right?"
Donnie waved his hand, "But it’s a good thing now that we know about these people’s problems, the rest will be easier!"
Donnie initially planned to capitalize on this financial crisis to make a profit via buy and sell, and then see who needed to be cleaned out.
Now that these people have co forward, it’s good!
"Try to find replacents for those who will be cleaned out from these companies, then find suitable talents in the Strategic Departnt to supplent them, so that when we take back these companies, nothing goes wrong in this matter."
Donnie instructed Robert.
"Moreover, not all positions need to be filled. Although these companies haven’t been around for long, they are already the best in the sa industry across Arica.
This year, I’ve noticed that many of the companies under Venus Bank have fallen victim to the big company syndro, which will erode the company’s competitiveness.
Even though I know such matters are inevitable, this is an opportunity!"
When soone leaves, a position opens up. So positions need new people, so don’t.
This is what Donnie referred to as the big company syndro.
"I’ve noticed it too. It’s not just these companies; other companies under Venus Bank have the sa issues. I was thinking we need to do a major internal clean-up after this issue is over!"
Robert fully agreed with Donnie’s decision.
As Donnie’s spokesperson externally, he is most familiar with the situation of the consortium.
Donnie asked Robert, "What problems have you discovered?"
Robert said, "First, the internal structure of the company is gradually becoming bloated. Many companies now have a dozen or even dozens of departnts. Departnts are disconnected; often what could be solved by one person requires the cooperation of a team, a departnt, or multiple departnts.
Second, decision-making in so companies is increasingly cumberso, with nurous processes, complicated approvals, and extrely low tiliness in handling information by the top managent, making them slow to react to the market. By the ti they pass through layers of approval and eting research, the market has already changed.
Third, there is a sudden increase in the leadership, and these people hold onto their power tightly. Ordinary work now requires the involvent of many leaders and layers of approval, but when a project encounters problems, they begin to shirk responsibility among themselves. Simply put, everyone wants the benefits, but no one wants to take responsibility.
Fourth, a large number of managers have begun to replace business and R&D staff, even making a large number of R&D staff learn managent to beco managers, while the truly profitable business staff are becoming fewer, and the managers more.
Fifth, so company leaders are too "willful", dictatorial, overly confident in their judgnt, either stubborn or constantly changing orders, ultimately blaming their subordinates’ execution problems for everything.
Sixth, they think the company is now the best in Arica, so they are complacent, lacking crisis awareness, indifferent to market changes, engrossed in internal company circles, shut the door to build cars when it cos to innovation, and are overly cautious, afraid to try new ideas and technologies.
Seventh, employees lack enthusiasm, are lazy in their work attitude, inefficient, just getting by without making mistakes, making excuses when things go wrong, lacking responsibility and accountability.
Eighth, communication among departnts is poor, each working individually, nurous docunts are handed around, responsibilities are not clear, and cooperation is difficult.
Ninth, talent attrition has beco a major issue in the company’s environnt. Without even ntioning ordinary talent, those who leave the Strategic Departnt have already beco sought-after talents in major companies across Arica.
When these people enter the company and encounter cliques, factions, and various company problems, they ultimately lose confidence in the company and accept high-paying jobs offered by other companies.
I even heard that now quite a few people in the Strategic Departnt joined us just to gild their resus."
Although Donnie was aware of various problems in the group now, hearing Robert’s words made him feel a bit of fear.
If not for this matter, Donnie himself might not have discovered these specific problems.
If this situation were allowed to continue, the growth speed of Venus Bank would slow down little by little, then when it reached a critical point, Venus Bank would stagnate, then regress.
Finally, like many large companies and consortia, it would collapse suddenly, without any warning.
"Are these problems serious?"
Donnie asked Robert.
Robert said, "They are not that serious yet, as our developnt ti has been short, but the internal problem developnt speed is also very quick!"
Donnie asked, "Why didn’t you tell before?"
Robert said, "When you were in the Turks and Caicos Islands, I wanted to tell you, but later I couldn’t reach you, and I was worried Henry Dale would mix personal feelings into conveying this issue, so I never told you!"
Henry Dale also ca out of the Strategic Departnt. Donnie trusted Henry Dale, but that didn’t an Robert fully trusted Henry Dale.
Donnie nodded, "The collapse of a company often doesn’t co from external pressures, but internal corruption.
It seems we need to keep this issue top of mind in the future!"
Robert said, "I think we should learn more from llon and Morgan in this regard. They have been established in Arica for a long ti as financial groups and have likely been through these issues.
Though they certainly have these problems too, they can keep issues to a minimum, which is what we need to learn!"
Donnie nodded, "After this matter is settled, I will seek advice from them."
Robert smiled, "Fortunately, we have discovered these problems now, and if according to your analysis, a financial crisis really erupts this year, we can clean out a portion of people.
However, there is one more thing, so people just occupy positions without contributing. Perhaps they didn’t betray this ti, but such people have no real contribution in their jobs.
For these people, we need to deal with them more gently!"
Donnie agreed with Robert’s suggestion, but after learning the company’s situation, reminded Robert, "Investigate thoroughly whether they lack ability or if they beca disillusioned with a once-passionate attitude due to the company’s situation!"
Robert replied, "Understood!"
