Jack Morgan, as usual, was dealing with the information delivered by Morgan’s various partners while also overseeing Morgan’s business reports in Europe.
This had beco a part of Jack Morgan’s life.
When Jack Morgan saw Donnie’s itinerary in Europe, he felt a tinge of envy.
Although Morgan’s business in Europe was larger than Venus’s, the level of control was entirely different, especially Venus Bank’s control over Portugal, which was sothing Morgan always wanted but couldn’t achieve.
"Donnie is really lucky, how did he manage to connect with Antonio Carmona, and how did he gamble that Antonio Carmona’s coup would definitely succeed?"
Jack Morgan knew that supporting soone to beco the ruler of a country was the most effective strategy, but not everyone could gamble correctly on the right person.
In Jack Morgan’s eyes, among existences at Donnie’s level, he was the lucky one, having gambled correctly on everything, betting right on Antonio Carmona’s successful coup, and also betting right on Aguirre and Escovar’s successful coup in xico.

"Sir, sothing seems off!" George Whitney said directly as he entered Jack Morgan’s office.

Seeing this, Jack Morgan joked, "Dear George, what happened to make you so serious?"
George Whitney focused and said, "Sir, if it were an ordinary ti, I would definitely respond to your joke, but right now I really can’t, just earlier, the group market departnt discovered sothing important!"
Jack Morgan beca serious too; he knew that George Whitney must have discovered sothing important.
"What happened?"
George Whitney said, "Just earlier, the market departnt checked and found that recently, the trading volus of stocks related to ABC, Sinclair Oil Corporation, United Artists, Apollo Chain, Trident Shipyard, Deep Sea Bank, and companies controlled by Venus Bank have suddenly increased."
Upon hearing this, Jack Morgan’s expression beca serious, but he soon laughed, "This should be a normal market reaction; right now, the entire U.S. stock market is doing great, and these companies are all very high-quality publicly listed companies. The increase in trading volu is expected!"
George Whitney shook his head and said, "Sir, it’s not like that. If it were such an increase, I wouldn’t be surprised. What truly surprises is that the trading volus of stocks related to these companies have now far surpassed the highest trading volus in the past, and I’ve had the market departnt check; in the past month, more of these stocks have clearly been circulating on the market!"

At this point, the already serious Jack Morgan beca even more serious. He looked at George Whitney with wide eyes and said loudly, "You an Venus Bank is selling these companies’ stocks?"
George Whitney nodded slightly and said, "Now, apart from this possibility, there is no other possibility!"
Jack Morgan stood up from his seat, "This is impossible; Venus Bank has no reason to sell these companies’ stocks?"
"By the way, do these stock quantities affect Venus Bank’s control over these publicly listed companies?"

George Whitney replied.

The first one, he thinks the U.S. financial crisis might erupt this year, so he’s selling all his publicly listed company stocks in advance to gather more funds so that when the financial crisis erupts, Donnie will have enough cash, and by that ti, the entire Arican business world will have to listen to him!"
"That’s impossible!" Before George Whitney could state the second possibility, Jack Morgan denied George Whitney’s idea, "Although everyone knows that under such circumstances, the U.S. stock market is bound to experience a crisis, no one knows how big this crisis will be, nor does anyone know the exact timing of this crisis.
If Donnie really does this, the only result will be him losing control of these companies; I believe Donnie wouldn’t be so foolish!"
