Nate Rothschild said, "What Donnie is doing might seem like he’s getting what he wants in xico, but in reality, once this matter spreads, other countries will certainly have a negative impression of Donnie. The United States might allow him to do such things in a country like xico, but when other countries start boycotting Donnie, the United States won’t stand by him either.

At that point, Donnie’s business in other countries will be difficult!"

In Nate Rothschild’s view, Donnie’s behavior is a typical case of picking up sesa seeds and losing a waterlon. To overthrow a country’s regi with personal influence, such behavior will cause many other countries to be disgusted with Donnie.

"Yeah, I think the sa way. I believe Donnie can figure it out, but why do you think he’s still doing it?"

Anthony Rothschild admired Donnie for being able to stir up a country’s regi single-handedly. Even though this country is xico, Anthony Rothschild did not agree with Donnie’s approach for the reasons Nate Rothschild just ntioned.

"Nate, if you were in Donnie’s position, what would you do?"

After thinking for a mont, Nate Rothschild said, "I would first unite the businessn within xico. Although under Calles’ rule, the status of xican businessn isn’t very high, once they unite, their strength is significant.

Secondly, I would disrupt xico’s currency system, just like we did in Germany. Once a country’s currency system collapses, everything else becos easier!"

Anthony Rothschild nodded. Actually, if it were him, he would do the sa thing. After the defeat in the First World War, the Rothschild family leveraged their influence in Europe to seize control of Germany’s currency system, and the massive depreciation of the German Mark bore their fingerprint.

.

At this ti, Donnie was still fishing in the Gulf of xico, with daily supplies being transported to the oil tanker.

Lying on the deck, basking in the warm sunlight, and enjoying the salty sea breeze, Tang Fei felt very content.

Just monts ago, Henry Dale expressed his concerns to Tang Fei; his worries were the sa as Anthony Rothschild’s and Nate Rothschild’s.

But Donnie didn’t take these concerns to heart.

"Can xico be compared to Europe?"

Donnie looked at Henry Dale disapprovingly and asked, "While xico does have a unified governnt, their regi is unstable, with frequent internal conflicts. Moreover, xico’s business system is unlike Europe’s. To firmly establish our business in xico, we need the people in power to understand that regardless of who is in charge, if they affect our business, their position is in danger.

Henry, you need to know that in a dictatorship, the dictator values their power above anything else. In xico, trying to play the European ga will only result in our investnts being completely siphoned off. To put it bluntly, even if you disrupt their economy, what then?

When they act shalessly, what can you do?"

Donnie wasn’t angry with Henry Dale’s thoughts, just disappointed that they oversimplified people worldwide as being the sa.

If Donnie were dealing with a European country, he would definitely use Henry Dale’s suggested thod, because even without scruples, European countries follow certain customary rules, especially when dealing with the equally strong United States, just like Soros’s attack on the British Pound later on.

The UK suffered a great loss but ultimately could only swallow their bitter pill alone.

In a country like xico, their ruling class has no bottom line.

As for whether treating xico in this way would affect his developnt of Venus Bank elsewhere,

it certainly would!

Donnie had a principle concerning the ruling class of these countries: we can be shaless, but others must be honorable.

However, Donnie wasn’t worried about this right now.

Because the largest war in human history, the Second World War, was only a few years away. At that ti, the world would be in chaos, and who would care about these things?

When people see the power of the AK47 on the battlefield, see his strength, they’ll be begging for his help.

They’ll selectively forget about what happened in xico.

"Has Calles made any moves?"

Donnie sat up on the deck and asked Henry Dale.

"Calles has already begun pre-war mobilization, and I believe their troops will gather soon!" Henry Dale replied to Donnie.

Donnie asked, "They haven’t called us yet?"

"No!" Henry Dale answered.

Donnie sneered and said to Henry Dale, "What do you think about giving Aguirre and Escovar another batch of tanks? After all, their military strength is still inferior to the xican army!"

Henry Dale paused for a mont and said, "Boss, if we do that, our secret weapons will be exposed!"

Donnie dismissed it lightly and said, "Exposure or not, it’s ti for the world to see our cutting-edge capabilities!"

Henry Dale reminded Donnie, "Boss, if we do that, people will be wary and suspicious of us!"

The new tanks developed by Ares Arsenal had been kept secret, and not even the higher-ups in the U.S. Army knew about them. Now that such a new weapon was to appear on the battlefields of xico, Henry Dale worried the Army would beco wary of Ares Arsenal.

Though, as a private enterprise in the U.S., the company could theoretically develop any weapons freely—at least legally—but practically speaking, many things aren’t dictated solely by the law.

For instance, Ares Military Industry had U.S. Army personnel present.

"Hmm, you’re sowhat right. In that case, notify Roy Quinn to inform the U.S. Army about our plans to develop new tanks, so there won’t be any issues!"

Donnie said with a smile.

During World War II, tanks held imnse importance; just AK47s alone couldn’t bring enough profit to Ares Military Industry. But with tanks included, that was different.

Secret weapons should be revealed gradually.

The Roy Quinn Donnie ntioned was a U.S. Army plant in Ares Military Industry, but now Roy Quinn was on Donnie’s side.

No choice—Donnie offered more money.

"Additionally, notify the U.S. Army that after the new tanks are developed, we plan to do business with Aguirre and Escovar!"

This was another feature of Arican arms industries; any deals required the U.S. Army Command’s approval.

Donnie wasn’t worried they wouldn’t approve the deal; his concern was whether Aguirre and Escovar could hold out until then.

"Boss, I must remind you that Aguirre and Escovar can’t afford the tanks right now!"

Donnie chuckled lightly, "Doesn’t matter, let them mortgage xico’s minerals or other policies—they can figure it out!"

"What if their rebellion fails?" Henry Dale asked, "Calles certainly won’t recognize our deals with them."

Donnie smiled, "I believe that when Calles sees our new tanks, he’ll also be willing to do business with us!"

Henry Dale understood Donnie’s point, then asked, "Boss, just one last question, should our people in xico City take action?"
