Burke Logan and five others nervously left Donnie’s room, leaving only Zack Holloway behind.
Zack Holloway composed himself and then said to Donnie, “Boss, both the Governor and the Mayor know about your visit to Houston. They specifically called to invite you to a party they prepared for you!”
Donnie nodded and said, “Just inform Henry Dale of the specific ti!”

“Boss, according to our intelligence, Aguirre and Escovar have convinced several allies, and they will officially launch the rebellion within a day or two!”
Henry Dale stood by Donnie’s side, giving a serious report.
Donnie was not very satisfied with Aguirre and Escovar’s efficiency: “The weapons were delivered to them five days ago, and they still haven’t acted!”

Donnie waved his hand and said, “Do you really think Calles could maintain control over xico with Obregon for such a long ti by luck?
Their sensitivity exceeds your imagination. When we were inexplicably lingering in xican waters and then suddenly left, Calles might not guess our true intentions, but he would definitely sense sothing unusual. If I were Calles, besides capturing those traders for questioning about their conversations with us, I would also send soone to secretly investigate those generals holding significant power.

Escovar was responsible for communicating with Henry Dale.
He quickly received the telegraph from Henry Dale.
After reading the telegraph, Escovar went to Aguirre’s temporary command post. At this point, both Aguirre and Escovar were in full military gear.
“There’s news from Donnie Block!”
Ascowal placed the telegraph on Aguirre’s desk.
Aguirre’s expression changed slightly upon seeing the telegraph: “Do you think the content of the telegraph is credible?”
Escovar nodded and said, “It should be real. I trust Donnie Block’s analysis!”
“Damn it!” Aguirre slapped the telegraph onto the table in dissatisfaction, saying, “I told Donnie Block back then he shouldn’t linger in xican waters, as it would arouse Calles’ suspicion. Now it’s happening!”
Escovar said helplessly, “Do you think Donnie didn’t know this back then?”
“What do you an?” Aguirre looked at Escovar, puzzled.

“Damn it!” Aguirre roared angrily, “Donnie Block is so insidious?”
Escovar signaled for Aguirre to calm down: “We don’t need to fall out with Donnie Block now. After all, even if we succeed, we still need Donnie to lobby the U.S. Governnt for recognition!”
“That’s right!” Aguirre said coldly, “Once our regi is stable, we’ll deal with Donnie Block’s business in our country!”
“Absolutely not!” Escovar imdiately cautioned Aguirre, “Are you sure that after we succeed, everyone will be willing to submit to us? If Donnie can support us in overthrowing Calles’ rule now, he can support others to overthrow our rule in the future. Besides, we still need U.S. support. If we fall out with Donnie, given his influence in the U.S., our support from Arica will be scarce.
If Donnie wants to control xico’s economy, let him. No matter what, this is still xico. As long as Donnie wants to do business here, he can’t do it without our support. Cooperation is the win-win scenario!”
