Seeing the three of them not answering his question imdiately, Donnie said, "Mr. Morgan, I do have one condition, which could be considered as the premise of our cooperation."

Jack Morgan nodded and looked at Donnie, "Mr. Block, please go ahead!"

Donnie said, "This hurricane is definitely the end for the New Woburg Company in Florida, and not only for New Woburg Company but also for the Woburg Family in Germany.

Therefore, our Venus Bank is prepared to take over Deutsche Bank, and additionally, I need assurance of the safety of the surviving mbers of the Woburg Family!"

Among those present, the Morgan Family’s influence in Europe was the greatest, and even though Donnie had already started setting his strategy in the European economic market, it was still difficult to compare with the Morgans.

If Donnie wanted to smoothly take over Deutsche Bank and protect the lives of the Woburg Family mbers, he needed the Morgan’s influence in Europe!

The others present were all internally shocked by Donnie’s words, as they had previously focused their attention on the Florida market and overlooked the situation of the Woburg Family.

Only now did they realize that Donnie had seen further ahead than they had.

However, they also knew that since Donnie dared to disclose this matter in such a setting, it ant he had already ensured that they could no longer compete with him over this issue.

In this, there was a reason of Donnie’s relationship with Janine Woburg, as well as financial matters.

Before this, they had all believed that Donnie, as previously announced, had prepared $500 million to enter Florida, and now they all speculated that this amount was likely underestimated.

Jack Morgan asked, "Is this condition included within our terms for investing in Florida?"

"Yes, it includes!" Donnie then looked at everyone and said, "This condition is suitable for everyone!"

As Donnie’s most steadfast ally, Walker Astor spoke up at this point.

"Before coming here, I had already discussed with other mbers of the Astor Family and am willing to give up so shares of the Astor Company in exchange for capital to invest in Florida!"

Hearing Walker Astor’s terms, Jack Morgan, Andrew llon, Old Rockefeller, Pierre DuPont, all looked at Donnie with displeasure. How were they supposed to respond when he suddenly escalated things?

Especially Jack Morgan and Andrew llon; they were definitely not going to give up shares of Morgan Bank and llon Bank!

Donnie laughed and said, "OK, then Mr. Astor, you are our first partner!"

Seeing everyone still in silence, Donnie announced another bombshell.

"This ti, when entering Florida, our Venus Bank is ready to establish a whole new independent company to handle all of Florida’s business, and the first step is to control all the livelihood businesses in Florida!"

After saying this, Donnie crossed his legs and lit a cigar for himself.

Surely, the financial industry was bound to enter, but this was just the parent company in Florida; the first industry the new bank was entering was not real estate or tourism, but rather livelihood businesses.

Everyone knew, although livelihood businesses did not appear as glamorous as finance, real estate, or technology industries, actually the profits in the livelihood sector were greater and more stable. On the stock market, such companies were highly sought after, and more importantly, as long as livelihood industries were controlled, controlling Florida beca much easier.

Jack Morgan was a bit unsettled: "Will the parent company go public?"

Donnie nodded, "It definitely will, and when the company goes public, the new company will adopt an AB-share structure, which ans the company will be firmly under our control."

AB-share structures were not unfamiliar to future generations, especially dostic internet companies that preferred AB shares.

In fact, AB shares had already appeared in the United States in the last century, but U.S. stock exchanges had different attitudes towards companies issuing AB shares.

However, Donnie believed that as long as their few families united, any stock exchange would have to bow to them!

Jack Morgan continued to ask, "What about our internal shares?"

Donnie looked at Jack Morgan with a hint of a smile and said, "Our stocks will have equal rights between us, but one point must be written in the agreent, which is that our shares cannot be sold to others, they can only be internally circulated. If soone does so, their rights will also disappear!"

Jack Morgan didn’t mind Donnie’s smile; despite the close partnerships, everyone was still their own individual and had to consider their own interests.

Donnie also wasn’t worried about this possibility. Firstly, within the new company, Venus Bank’s stockholding would definitely be the largest, and secondly, his relationship with Walker guaranteed more rights.

Moreover, Donnie and Walker had long established a family alliance through marriage, thereby tightening their bond.

More importantly, Donnie knew about the future developnt of these families—over nearly a century, the llon Family wouldn’t produce any powerful figures, and the Morgans would be split due to the "Glass-Steagall Act."

This ensured that the Block Family couldn’t lose control over the Florida company for at least a century.

Now that Donnie had revealed his intentions to everyone, it was up to them to respond!

Andrew llon spoke up at this mont, "Block, if that’s the case, we have to invest a huge amount of money in the early stages. Five hundred million dollars won’t be enough, at least 1 billion dollars is needed!"

Donnie laughed, "That depends on whether everyone is willing to cooperate. To the friends who agree, I’ll share my approach!"
