“I will take care of this matter!” Donnie then said to Fred Fisher, “I need Cadillac to send people to the East in advance to establish Cadillac’s office there. I will inform Colonel Marshall, and he will help you establish the initial contacts in the East!”
George Marshall is now in Tianjin, serving as the commander of the 15th Infantry Regint.
