No one anticipated that this trial would be so short!
Professor Thomson spoke, "Just yesterday, we obtained the most authoritative research report, signed by dozens of dical and chemical professors from Stanford University and the California Institute of Technology!"
Wow...
The previously silent courtroom erupted in commotion, surprised by the tily release of the report, and eager to finally learn the truth about the matter.
Aileen Fredrion, who had just questioned Robert, was now pale, her hands trembling violently as she held her cara.
Professor Thomson then produced the report, thick like a novel!
"After thorough research and data comparison, we’ve concluded that radium radiation poses a significant threat to human health, potentially causing multiple cancers. Simply put, if a person uses radium-containing products for an extended period, even God can’t save them!"
Professor Thomson’s excitent made his last words sowhat unacceptable in the Western world!
But it didn’t matter anymore, as the information he revealed was shockingly alarming.
If radium radiation truly has such harmful effects, the radium-containing products being sold throughout the United States and their consurs...
The bailiff handed Professor Thomson’s research report to the Chief Justice present.
Just as the Chief Justice was about to examine the report, Aileen Fredrion suddenly let out a piercing scream from the audience.
She frantically tried to yank off the radium-containing coat she was wearing.
People around her, recalling her earlier remarks, began to avoid her like the plague!
Chaos ensued in the courtroom, and even the bailiffs dared not intervene with Aileen Fredrion.
Until Professor Thomson assured them that as long as they didn’t directly touch the garnt, there was no problem.
The bailiffs then found tools to pick up and remove Aileen Fredrion’s discarded coat, while others used long forks to escort her out!
The courtroom’s chaos montarily subsided, but everyone kept a deliberate distance from those around them.
The mbers of the Radium Product Alliance were naturally the most shunned.
Even their legal representative team dared not sit with them!
After the Chief Justice rearranged the courtroom, relegating the Radium Product Alliance mbers to a corner, the turmoil ended...
Alright, now the Radium Product Alliance mbers themselves panicked, uncertain if those around them had used radium products.
anwhile, the protesters outside the Supre Court witnessed squads of fully-ard dical personnel rushing to the court’s entrance.
Once these tasks were completed, the courtroom’s situation changed again.
Everyone donned hospital protective gear, allowing this trial, destined for Arican history, to continue!
Professor Thomson remained the trial’s main figure, elaborating on their research into radium radiation. Just now was a brief introduction, but now it’s a comprehensive presentation.
Professor Thomson’s voice was the only sound in the courtroom, with no one daring to speak for fear of missing anything.
Robert sat in the judge’s seat, his protective gear concealing his smirk, "Afraid now?"
In reality, the outco of the trial was already clear.
The reason everyone lingered was their desire to hear everything from Professor Thomson.
After he finished speaking, an hour had passed.
Now, all eyes turned to the Radium Product Alliance, and if looks could kill, they’d have cut into them without hesitation.
But the courtroom procedures still had to be followed.
Under normal circumstances, this trial, even if concluded, would require another date for the announcent. However, due to special arrangents and Donnie’s monetary influence, the trial had an imdiate outco.
The presiding Chief Justice announced that all charges against Donnie Block were unfounded.
After the announcent, those previously holding William Bailey publicly revealed their identities, confirming they had evidence of William Bailey’s cris.
The presiding Chief Justice promptly declared a lawsuit against them!
With developnts reaching this point, the trial was definitively over.
The journalists present hardly had ti to be shocked by the entire event, instead eager to surround Robert with nurous questions.
Robert calmly replied to their eagerness, "We have reached an agreent with the Supre Court to hold a temporary press conference outside, where we will provide a complete presentation to all journalists and the public."
After saying this, Robert declined to answer any further questions from the journalists and left with Professor Thomson.
Professor Thomson appeared flushed, overtaken by excitent; he had envisioned this mont countless tis before, thinking he could face it all calmly.
But now, facing the crowd, he realized he was still unable to remain calm!
As the crowd exited the Supre Court, the outside people beca clamorous....
