"Why should they worry? With the Florida real estate market in its current state, they are not worried about buyers at all. Since they have already decided to exit Florida, do they care who takes over?"
Paul Warburg snorted coldly, "Moreover, they are confident that we wouldn’t possibly abandon this deal now!"
Felix Warburg was rely voicing his complaints, knowing full well their current situation. If the Rockefeller Family hadn’t gotten involved earlier, they could indeed pull out. Even without acquiring the Venus Bank properties in Florida, they would still be the largest real estate firm there.
But now the Rockefeller Family is involved, and their strength surpasses that of the Warburg Family. If they utilize the Florida land bought from Venus Bank to fully enter Florida.

Felix Warburg replied helplessly, "I got it. I’ll call them now! But do we really need to call Morgan?"
Paul Warburg affird, "Call them, but keep the loan amount manageable. We absolutely cannot allow them to control us in this matter again!"

Just as Felix Warburg was about to hang up, Paul Warburg rembered the incident in Atlantic City today.
