“In business, there’s no such thing as too many opponents; as long as there’s a common interest, everyone can still be friends!” Donnie said indifferently. “But since they haven’t contacted us, we don’t need to proactively reach out to them. Rember one thing though, for transactions involving Florida land, we only accept cash, not any loans!”
So companies want to purchase Florida land from Venus Bank by applying for loans from Venus Bank, which essentially ans using Venus Bank’s money to buy the land they need!
Initially, Kafe Jackson thought this proposal was viable because it could boost Venus Bank’s developnt, but Donnie vetoed this idea!
