After saying this, Joachim Lang patted his belly and showed a simple-minded smile.
Though Tyrone Capello didn’t speak, his nodding revealed that he agreed with Joachim Lang.

This was Donnie’s idea for them.
Before, Tyrone Capello and Joachim Lang were close confidants of John’s, with very decent incos, so they loved traveling around the world. When Donnie called them back, the two of them were enjoying themselves in Los Angeles!
Upon hearing Donnie’s speech, Tyrone Capello and Joachim Lang both showed excited eyes, and Joachim Lang more eagerly asked Donnie, “Boss, can we really do this?”
Donnie nodded, “Of course, since I put you in charge of these two hotels, it ans I trust you. But I must remind you of one thing!”
Tyrone Capello earnestly nodded, “Boss, please say it!”
Donnie said, “No matter how you want to renovate these two hotels, you must maintain their style. Even if you want to turn them into brothels, the charges should be several tis higher than outside. Additionally, it definitely won’t work outside!”
Sitting across from Donnie, Nate frowned when he heard this, worried that Tyrone Capello and Joachim Lang might ss up the Dora Hotel and Rada Hotel!
However, since Donnie was instructing Tyrone Capello and Joachim Lang at the mont, Nate couldn’t interrupt Donnie.
Joachim Lang courageously asked Donnie, “Boss, should I take your aning that even if we prepare girls for the custors, we must turn their rooms into palaces!”

Joachim Lang nodded earnestly, “Boss, don’t worry, I can distinguish!”

Once they left, Nate worriedly said to Donnie, “Boss, letting them be so reckless, won’t it affect our brand?”
Donnie laughed and said, “If you make them follow strict rules to manage the hotels, that’s what will truly affect our brand!”
Saying this, Donnie’s expression beca serious, “You need to understand one thing, Surf Hotel is the foundation of Atlantic City’s casino industry, so its strategy is stability, Surf Hotel is to back up Atlantic City’s casino industry, whereas the Dora Hotel and Rada Hotel are like vines, used for innovation and variety, also for testing the acceptance range of tourists. If they succeed, it’ll provide us with a new developnt path to enrich Surf Hotel’s business. After hearing Donnie’s reasoning, Nate understood his point, but was still a little worried, “I’m just worried that if we fail, there will still be losses for us!”
Donnie nodded, not denying Nate’s concern on this point.
The reason Nate didn’t fully grasp Donnie’s approach was actually due to their differing perspectives.
Nate oversees the Surf Hotel, Dora Hotel, and Rada Hotel, and sees only these three hotels. If both hotels fail, that indeed reflects as Nate’s failure!
Donnie, however, sees the entire Venus Consortium, and in his view, even if the Dora Hotel and Rada Hotel fail, it doesn’t matter. Even if Surf Hotel can’t back up these two hotels’ failures, the entire Venus Consortium can easily cover for them.
But as long as these two hotels are successful, then Atlantic City’s casino industry can evolve from being singular to diverse, attracting more tourists!
As long as it stays ahead significantly, Atlantic City can attract more tourists, not just from Philadelphia, New York, and similar cities.
