Old Rockefeller laughed and said: “How could it be considered as picking fruits, Block? We do acknowledge your points, but don’t forget, without our funds, and our lobbying in the White House, Congress, and State Governnt, we couldn’t have acquired Warburg Company. Everyone contributed, but the benefits can’t all belong to you alone, right?
This wouldn’t be fair to us!”
“Mr. Rockefeller makes a valid point!” Andrew llon chuckled and remarked at this mont.
Donnie pondered for a mont, then said: “But don’t forget, I also need real cash to buy shares of Warburg Company from each of you!”
In the upcoming division of Warburg Company, they would sell each subsidiary under Warburg Company to the four consortia as previously agreed.
After completing the final division, Venus Bank would purchase the shares of Warburg Company from the hands of these three!

So after the final discussion, Donnie gave up ‘The New York Tis’ and the land in Florida, receiving 50% of the stakes in the Dora Hotel and the Rada Hotel from Warburg Company!
