Buzhou Mountain also involves nurous Demon Gods from mythology: the war between Gong Gong and Zhuanxu which ultimately punctured the heavens, giving rise to the story of Nuwa nding the sky.
And in the extrely cold northern lands, there lies the mythology of the Demon God ’Candle Nine Yin,’ commonly referred to by the people of Xia Country as the ’Candle Dragon’ or the ’Extended Candle Dragon.’
The ’Candle Dragon’ has not fallen but is in so inactive state.
The reason for its inactivity remains unknown.
Researchers temporarily believe that it might have found a better anchorage, a more suitable world, hence its reluctance to project too much power in Buzhou Mountain. Or perhaps, it’s satisfied with the stability of its current anchorage and is too lazy to exert more effort.
But if humans forcibly removed the ’extrely cold land’ secret realm and annihilated all life within, ’Candle Nine Yin’ might beco active, which could turn out to be not such a good thing after all.
