Weird Forest.

This magical prival forest is three tis larger than Earth’s largest Amazon Rainforest!

Not only do common animals roam here, but there are also a small number of idealist species, even including extinct species from Earth: small dinosaurs, saber-toothed tigers!

Of course, if humans want to hunt here, there is a fee, and it’s not expensive, 1 point for 20 hours of hunting ti, and the spoils can be taken away. From ti to ti, human explorers co here to hunt.

A wide river, like the Amazon River, runs through the entire forest, bringing vitality and vigor.

"Quack quack"--so kind of bird flies overhead, dropping a lump of bird droppings.

Ling Pingzhi dodges to the side, narrowly avoiding this unexpected gift from the skies.

He spots an open space not far away, twinkling with a faint blue light, where so sparse plants are growing.

"Is this the place? This farm?"

The one in the middle, seems to be... a kind of special plant fruit?

Immortal Bean?

"My daily life... is pretty good!" Ling Pingzhi begins talking to the air, "Very comfortable, very accustod."

"No, no, not going back... It’s quite nice like this."

"Once ’I’ appear, it’s impossible to go back... You must understand this too."

This statent is a bit awkward, yet it cos from the depths of Ling Pingzhi’s soul. He has not yet learned to lie.

’I’ represents self-consciousness.

The existence of ’I’ is an ultimate philosophical question in the Etheric Abyss.

In the Human World, it’s easier for ’I’ to arise, but for a true Demon God, it’s extrely difficult, with less than a one percent chance.

Demon Gods are adept at calculations and possess great wisdom, but they do not understand what ’I’ is.

The necessity of ’I’ also remains an unsolved mystery.

Because many Demon Gods lack ’I’, yet they are still very powerful and can adapt flexibly. The existence of ’I’ seems negative, making one prone to indulgence in pleasures.

But no matter how, once ’I’ appears, you can never return to the past way of thinking...

Ling Pingzhi frowns and says, "You want to use my power to plant a batch of plants that can enhance humans’ Spiritual Strength? It might not work. It’s not that I’m stingy, but this thod is simply wrong, completely mistaken."

"Using animal blood, preferably human blood, for irrigation might have a slightly higher success rate... like the plants in Taoyuan Village, there are always so with vigorous Vitality that manage to survive."

"A week to maturity?"

"You must be dreaming... ah, no, I didn’t an it like that, it’s just not possible."

Ling Pingzhi ponders deeply. As for where the plants in Taoyuan Village ca from, he was too busy fighting the Blood Demon back then to care about such trivial matters...

"Oh, right, the source is also an option, plus a series of animal blood."

"I’ll think of a way, to modify this Immortal Bean."

...

...

[Please be aware!]

[A certain special Guest has visited your farm, and they believe that a certain amount of source (200 units) must be expended for these plants to grow successfully.]

"Ah, is that so?" Wang Hao slaps his forehead, understanding.

"The Guest is right!"

Using well water cos at the cost of one’s own Life Force.

Thus, most plants watered with well water end up dying from Vitality depletion, and they won’t be able to take root and sprout. Even if a small number do survive, it’s hard for them to grow.

Expending a certain amount of source is tantamount to replenishing the plants’ Life Force.

"Confird."

A series of lights flash, and a white mist appears above the farm, with the plants visibly sprouting at a speed detectable to the naked eye.

A realization dawns in Wang Hao’s mind; 200 units of source, he could afford that.

"The Guest really is full of talented people, including farming experts. Just waiting for these plants to mature, and I’ll mooch so Spiritual Strength, how delightful!"

"I do have that bit of patience."

"They should be ripe by tomorrow, right?"

...

...

"Is this... the ability for Ti Acceleration?"

The blue light above the farm twinkles, and the Immortal Beans grow rapidly at a speed visible to the naked eye.

Ling Pingzhi is dumbfounded, a feeling called "astonishnt" rising in his heart.

Ti is accelerated within a small space... just... just to farm?

What luxury.

In the past, he knew nothing of "feelings."

But now, everything is different.

Not only does he have "feelings", but he also suffers from severe social anxiety. After all, being suppressed for hundreds, thousands of years, being pinned to the ground and beaten up, nearly being completely devoured by the Blood Demon, that experience is truly a bit unbearable to recall.

"Who is the owner of the internet café?" Ling Pingzhi asks curiously, then quickly shrinks back, starting to panic, "Ah... sorry! Soone’s coming!"

His hearing is very good, and he faintly hears humans approaching a kiloter away!

Real humans!

"If there’s nothing else, I’ll head back."

He now loves to sleep, no need to use his brain, carefree, lying on a bed, utterly peaceful. This is his greatest hobby, none other.

The best would be to lie under the sun with two wild cats...

...

...

minutes after Ling Pingzhi disappears, the team of human Investigators discovers this amazing farm.

It’s actually quite easy to find, located at the edge of the Weird Forest, enveloped in a mist.

From afar, the scent of the mist gives one a sensation of spiritual clarity and ntal refreshnt.

"What... what is that tree? It looks weird!"

In the center of the farm grows a tree over two ters tall, sowhat resembling a chubby loaf tree. But on the loaf tree, there are many purple vines with barbs, looking quite ferocious.

Sensing the arrival of humans, the branches of the loaf tree shake, and a vine shoots out at top speed, attempting to attack the two Investigators.

The speed is almost supersonic!

Soone whispers a warning: "Careful! Move back quickly!"

Fortunately, as the vine touches the edge of the farm, it reaches its limit and retracts.

"Look, up at the top of the tree? Look at the top of the tree!"

On the "breadfruit tree," there were actually a few sparse--"Immortal Beans"?!

People were shocked!

Immortal Beans, Great Xia Country’s most prized supernatural creation, combined genetic engineering, supernatural technology, and a smidgen of luck.

Even the great scientists themselves had a hard ti creating a second one.

But now, Immortal Beans were appearing in this field!!

"Is this... Immortal Beans? The ’Ga’ has replicated our Immortal Beans!" the Black-clothed Guard Investigator swallowed hard as he began to take pictures and report to his superiors. He didn’t know what this truly ant.

Another person said, "No, it’s not, look at those beans, they are smaller and rounder than Immortal Beans, like mung beans."

Immortal Beans usually resembled peas, brimming with Life Force, typically very plump, and easy to identify at a glance.

And yet, the ones before them were smaller and appeared even rounder.

They were just about to take so soil for investigation.

But were repelled by a mysterious force.

[This is the Spiritual Bean farm, not yet open to the public. Those who force entry and cause damage will assu full responsibility.]

The Investigator said frustratedly, "Ah! It turns out to be the ’Ga’s’ property... These ’Spiritual Beans’ can enhance Soul Power."

"Enhancing Soul Power?!"

Everyone felt a twinge of envy. Immortal Beans were great, but they couldn’t repair damage to the soul or break curses.

Now, these "Spiritual Beans" turned that around...

No effect on the body, but they could enhance Soul Power!

If you could combine the two types of beans...

Just then, one of the sharp-eyed Investigators murmured, "Quick... Look... that vine, it actually fell down!"

No one knew what happened, but as a breeze blew by, a vine "snap" broke off and fell to the ground.

The broken part of the vine was still bright red, and blood seed to seep out of it.

The vine twitched twice, then was still.

The two Black-clothed Guards swallowed and were completely dumbstruck.

What did this an?

"Quick, quick, quick!"

With their hearts pounding, they hastily threw out a rope to hook the broken vine.

"We’re not about to have our souls stripped by the ’Ga,’ right? It fell on its own," said the Warrior with a wry smile on his face, although he didn’t stop his movents.

The ’Ga’ didn’t seem to react.

They carefully hooked the vine and pulled it back...

Having gained an advantage, they stopped their investigation of the Weird Forest and ran off with joy, hurrying back to the real world as fast as they could!

And in the lab of the real world, #28 and the others were amazed to find that this vine was full of vitality and capable of being bio-cultured!

This unthinkable event was considered by the Black-clothed Guard’s internal mbers to be a gift from the ’Ga’...

After all, the ’Ga’ was a bit aloof. Other than essential rules, it never said more than was necessary.

Given the opportunity, the intangible gift also had to be seized by oneself.

Wang Hao idly road around the training camp for half a day, bustling here and there.

The thriving feeling reminded him of a casual ga he had played called Mo’er Manor.

Okay, he wasn’t much interested in common oddities. But the combination of various supernatural phenona was quite fascinating.

Suddenly, a red letter popped up in the upper right corner of the screen.

"Hey?"

[--You have received a distress call from an otherworldly place.]

When he opened the letter, somber music started playing, and an exquisite image unfolded before his eyes.

In a dark and closed environnt, bizarre creatures thrived, and there were low growls of crunching and gnawing, while human beings with bodies full of wounds struggled in agony and despair.

In the end, these humans decided to send an envoy to seek help from the outside world.

They knew all too well that it was difficult to resist this disaster with their power alone.

On the screen, a line of text written in blood appeared.

[The world needs a Saint erging out of nowhere.]

[Are you ready?]

[Yes/No]

A new expansion!

The CG animation was well done.

Wang Hao "hehehe" laughed, rubbed his hands together, and clicked "No."

Being a Saint was too much trouble; he just wanted to be a Guest.

The ga console paused for a mont, as if stuck.

Theoretically, no one could refuse a new expansion, right?

The next second, the sa text popped up again, the desperate environnt and the blood-written text reappeared.

[The world needs a Saint erging out of nowhere.]

[Are you ready?]

[Yes/No]

Wang Hao clicked "No" again.

Imdiately after, the sa line of text popped up again!

And it appeared the instant he clicked "No."

[The world needs a Saint erging out of nowhere.]

[Are you ready?]

[Yes/]

"What about No? There’s no ’No’ option... being willful, huh?"

He had no choice but to click "Yes."

[Congratulations, due to an unknown bug resulting in data loss, the scenario ’Sheep Intestine Tunnel’ has failed to settle!]

Wang Hao’s face twitched a few tis; he didn’t expect the ga developers to be so shaless.

The ga failed to settle, and they even offered congratulations... What gives?
