Felissa began to tremble from the presence of another man that arrived. She could feel his dominance radiating, which led her not to look up. She hugged Snow tightly and went to the corner to avoid any confrontation from them while thinking of an escape plan.

"Ah! Where have you been? We are waiting for you!" the man that held Felissa’s puppy laughed and walked forward.

"Lady Cinzia’s quarters have been moved to a new place, and we don’t know where it is," the man explained in a low, deep tone.

Felissa’s eyes widened since the voice sounded familiar, but she couldn’t think where she had heard that voice.

"Hah! Isn’t that your job? You failed a simple task!"

Felissa flinched when the man scread. She wanted to get away from them. Snow began to bark loudly, but her tail was behind her leg.

"Why is the Lady in here?"

Felissa froze since their attention went back to her.

"My n saw her hiding behind the pillar."

"And you decided to bring her here."

Felissa didn’t care about who was talking about her. She focused on finding an escape route that she didn’t realize soone was walking toward her.

"Kyah!" Felissa yelped when soone yanked her upward. Her body was pushed toward the man, and she instantly felt the spark trailing down her body like electricity.

Felissa imdiately looked up since she only felt that feeling toward Vicenzo. She saw a man with grey-colored hair, but his eyes were the sa color as Vicenzo’s. He had a mask, which made it hard for her to distinguish his face.

"We need to kill that woman," the man with murky, green eyes stated boredly.

"No, please, I won’t say a thing!" Felissa shouted in fear that her life would end that way. She didn’t want to die a pathetic death and was concerned about Snow’s life if she passed away.

The man with grey-colored hair didn’t say a word and stared at Felissa’s fearful face. His grip on her arm tightened while thinking of a plan when sothing flew in their direction.

It was the dead, mummified body of their comrade.

Everyone was stunned at what they saw, and it took them a minute to register who it was.

"Th-that’s—" one of the n was about to speak the na of their comrade when the murky, green-eyed man, who seed to be the Captain, covered the man’s mouth to shut him up.

The man who held Felissa pulled her behind him in a protective manner, which confused her since they were supposed to be enemies.

"We should get out of her," the grey-haired man stated, but his tone was directed to the other n, not himself.

"Who are you to command !? The Captain beca pissed and was about to step forward when a boulder was thrown at them.

"Get away!"

All the wolves ran away before the boulder hit the ground, creating a quake in the area due to the impact.

Felissa was pulled by the grey-haired man with him to safety, but several small stones flew toward them. The man used his arms as cover to prevent the small rocks from hitting them, which caused several cuts on his skin.

"You fools dare to attack this pack!" a booming female voice spoke, and everyone looked in that direction to see Rosina standing at the top of the Castle. Her eyes shone brightly, and another woman in chains was beside her.

"If you want to take Cinzia so bad. Then co and get her!!" Rosina shouted and pushed Cinzia to the edge as a threat.

Cinzia was shaking and couldn’t utter anything that would cost her the life she valued so much.

Everyone was silent and stared at Rosina’s appearance, waiting for their Captain’s orders.

"I-I don’t know them!" Cinzia earned the courage to speak and decided to drop her allies for her own good.

Rosina rolled her eyes since she knew the truth. She had expected an attack when they entered the 13th pack since the manpower was lower than Sabrecrown, and the enemies would take the opportunity to get Cinzia out of prison.

"I’m giving you a chance to take this woman. You won’t have the sa opportunity when I leave the 13th pack!" Rosina shouted with a smirk.

The 13th pack had a barrier of thick mist at the borders, and if soone dared to enter, there was a high chance of getting lost. There were also warriors roaming the place, unaffected by the mist.

The warriors would arrest the wolf and follow the interrogation process to know if they were real rogues or enemies that wanted to enter the 13th pack in disguise.

When Rosina and her troops entered the 13th pack. The mist disappeared since she was there. Although, the warriors doubled to guard the pack against intruders.

"Sh^t! You two, go and attack that b^tch!" the Captain stated to his two n, who were hesitant to follow his instructions, but did it anyway.

One transford into a wolf form while the other rode on his back. They ran and jumped toward Rosina when the skeletal head of a gigantic wolf appeared from the ground and devoured them before vanishing back to the underground.

Felissa’s mouth opened in shock at what she had seen. She felt fear and excitent at the sa ti that Rosina could do all that.

Rosina’s eyes glanced at Felissa and instantly realized the man holding her was the sa man in her vision as Felissa’s mate. She saw that he was protecting her, but what disappointed Rosina was that he belonged to the enemy’s side.

"What a tragic future love story," Rosina muttered with a laugh. Her smile vanished as she beca serious again. She looked at the n’s faces, and no one dared to step forward to attack.

"Tsk! What a disappointnt," Rosina muttered with a sigh. She expected them to act bravely and show her what they had got, but she received cowardness, which made her lose interest.

Rosina flicked her finger, and a skeleton cage wrapped Felissa, which separated her from the grey-haired man. She created it to keep Felissa safe.

"I know who you are," Rosina stated, indicating the Captain’s identity and intentions.

But Rosina’s words struck dread into soone and worry that his identity was finally exposed. He looked at Felissa, and it had drawn to him what would happen if Felissa knew he was her mate. An enemy and traitor to the new Monarch and to her friend.

The Captain dragged the grey-haired man away as they escaped the 13th pack’s territory, but Rosina didn’t follow them. She liked the idea of winning and wanted to feel it again when the enemy struck in the future.

"I’m pretty disappointed, Cinzia. You should choose a better ally to depend on for your freedom and escape my grasp," Rosina stated before putting Cinzia’s body in an orb before she could reply. It was a quick thod to hide Cinzia’s body.

Rosina jumped from the Castle rooftop toward Felissa, who was still in shock. She stood before her with a smile. "How did I do?" she stated.

"I-I don’t know what to say," Felissa replied, slowly shaking her head.

"How cute," Rosina giggled and removed the skeleton barrier from Felissa to set her free. Snow was growling toward Rosina as a defence since she was emitting a dangerous aura.
