He ran till he got to a dead end.

"Why are you still here?" He asked and Baek-Hyun looked back to see that the betas were getting close.

Baek-Hyun looked behind himand saw the betas.

"Were you approached by those guys?" He asked and Hae-won turned his attention to him. "Get up first."

"I hate to say it but you were right." He said as he got up. "The world is filled with dangerous people and I don't want to get involved."

"Hey!" The betas called out, breathing out hard. "He's ours."

Hearing this, Baek-Hyun grew angry. He glared at them.

"What did you just say?" They flinched and realised he was an Alpha.

"A nice chat with who?" Baek-Hyun moved Hae-won behind him and walked towards the Betas. "I was already in a bad mood, and you co around claiming my person as yours?"

'When did I beco his person?' Hae-won thought, spitefully. But he was helping him so he decided to keep quiet about it.

Baek-Hyun turned to Hae-won.

"I told you it's dangerous to walk alone at night." He said and Hae-won rolled hiseyes.

"Yeah, I see that now." He tucked his hands in his coat pocket. "Well, thank you and I'll get going."

"You still want to go around alone?" Baek-Hyun asked and he stopped.

It really was a bad idea to walk around alone but did he have to rely on Baek-Hyun again? Well, he was an Alpha and there was no harm using him.

"Alright." He said. "Would you like to escort , Mr Knight in shining armour?" He asked and Baek-Hyun snickered.

Hae-won looked at him in disbelief and looked over at the convenient store up ahead and he asked,

"Didn't you buy ten bottles from the restaurant?"

"I drank them all already." He answered and hiseyes widened. It was no wonder he reeked but all ten bottles in one go?

"Good luck with that." Hae-won said and wanted to walk away but Baek-Hyun held him back.

"Then you'll be in debt till I can think of sothing else." He said with a cunning grin and Hae-won grumbled.
