To cut things short, doing sothing like sneaking a love letter into a wrestling captain’s locker was plain suicidal. Even worse was the fact that there was no way to diffuse the rage clearly boiling on the captain’s face.

"Why don’t you tell to my face, huh?" He threatened, reaching out to grab a handful of Henri’s hair.

Alois casually slipped in between them and grabbed the Alpha’s hand, the veins on his hand straining from being stopped by soone stronger. "Bad move, Rowe, bad move." He whispered, patting the Alpha’s shoulder genially with his free hand.

The wrestling captain was caught off guard by the Alpha that had interrupted him. He was just as tall as him if on the leaner side; his hair was stained an odd blue-green color, his eyes flashing with murderous intent. "Who the fuck are you and how do you know my na?"

Henri’s eyes went wide as saucers. "Alois?"

Alois shoved Rowe back and stepped in between the wrestling team mbers and Henri. "Your Highness." He dropped down on one knee, his right hand held over his heart.

Henri wasn’t impressed. "Rise. Why wasn’t I inford that you would also be attending the academy?" He accused, picking up the letter to study it.

Alois remained in his kneeling position. "It wasn’t deed important enough."

Henri’s response was a light scoff. "You’re the General’s son, that’s ridiculous. Did you ask my mother not to tell ?" He narrowed his eyes at a kneeling Alois. "Would you get to your feet already?"

"Her Majesty had nothing to do with this." He defended, finally getting to his feet.

The wrestling team was at a loss, as well as the rest of the students that had been expecting a ssy scene. The Prince wasn’t acting like soone who had been openly caught doing sothing so personal, he was acting like it was a nuisance to his day.

Henri sighed, looking the letter over, he didn’t even bother to read the contents. "Did you have it kept from so you could make a flashy entrance such as this?"

"Your Highness..."

"It’s Henri, Alois." Henri calmly cut him off, tossing the envelope back to Rowe. "The stamp is an imitation, I don’t know why soone would have it put in your locker to fra but I don’t have anything to do with it."

Rowe just held the letter and stared blankly, unsure of what to do, he hadn’t been expecting this outco. Also, his wrist stung where the guy called Alois had grabbed him, was his palm made of steel?

"Are you upset, Henri?" Alois asked sheepishly, unable to deny his claims.

"No, frankly you saved , I’ll let my mother know." Henri replied with a straight face.

"Don’t!" Alois imdiately panicked. "Her Majesty has nothing to do wi..."

"Is he your bodyguard, Henri?" Valentin interrupted, watching Alois with curious eyes.

"He doesn’t need one, I can protect Henri just fine." Audie grumbled, crossing his arms.

"Says the one hiding behind Nael." Louis outed him.

"Are they bothering you, Your Highness?" Alois imdiately put a protective arm in front of Henri.

Henri gestured for Alois to co closer, his smokey grey eyes tracking the awkward group of Alphas silently leaving when they realized that there was nothing else to be done.

Rowe turned around one more ti to fix vindictive eyes on Henri and then Alois, silently enraged at how he had been dismissed but unable to do a thing about it.

"I need you to find out who did this and also keep an eye on them, I doubt their enormous egos would let the matter die this easily." He whispered for Alois’ ears only.

Alois looked around the cafeteria, his sharp eyes searching for soone until they eventually settled on the horrified expression of none other than Cecil. "Consider it done, Henri." He agreed, walking off.

"What was that about?" Louis murmured, looking tense.

"The start of a lot of trouble, I’m afraid."

Alois first went after the wrestling team mbers, a tense expression on his face. This ssy scene could have been avoided if Alois had taken his job seriously from the start.

He wasn’t worried about the Prince’s safety because he knew that Henri was quite capable of protecting himself, although he would never let that happen, what bothered him was the waves of gossip that would spiral from this.

Prince Henri was the center of the matter after all and although he denied having anything to do with the letter, moles for the newspaper would still give out the story anyway.

The interpretation of things was the most important, the last thing the Oga Prince needed was for the country to think that he was showing interest in the Alphas at the academy. It would sufficiently draw everyone’s attention to him and each and every small-brained Alpha would try going after the Prince, thinking they could marry into royalty.

It was probably too late for him to stop that tidal wave of misconception but he could still keep an eye on Rowe and his group and also make sure that Cecil didn’t try anything else.

"I told you to not be rough with him." One of them spoke as they walked down the hallway, dominating the entire space.

"It doesn’t matter now because the Prince didn’t even send it in the first place." The stocky one out of them cackled mockingly. He crumbled to his knees in the next mont when Rowe viciously punched him in the side.

"Shut it, Wallace." He half growled at him.

Wallace was down for the count but he wasn’t out. "Di-Did you really think that Prince Henri, who’s the first of his kind and who doesn’t even know who you are would be interested in you?" He croaked out.

"Stop that." The one that had spoken earlier cut off his tirade. "Let this matter end here." He said slowly, staring right at Rowe.

The captain ruffled his dark hair and then looked away. "I wasn’t planning on doing anything." He huffed, stomping off.

Alois stopped following them at this point because the fourth Alpha who didn’t speak turned to look unerringly in the spot he had been standing in about a second ago.

Rowe’s group wasn’t a threat, the problem here was Rowe himself. Alois had previously thought that Rowe felt insulted because a male sent him a love letter but after listening in on their conversation, he realized that Rowe just felt jilted, he couldn’t tell which was worse. Alois would have to keep an eye on him for the ti being, now to go address the other issue.
