The Adventurers Guild building is the largest building in the area.
Ban had already seen this a dozen of tis and he was no longer as surprised as the first ti he saw it.
If not for the City Lord's mansion, the Adventurers Guild will probably be the largest building that he has seen.
He only stared at the magnificent building for a second before he went inside.
He was also here, yesterday at the sa ti. It was the ti when he wanted to get awakened but failed miserably.
As he stepped inside, he could not help but observe the dozens of Adventurers, dressed in various armors and items along with their pets.
They were either handing the Quest Completion proof, trying to accept a Quest, or just searching for a Quest to proceed.
He was already a little familiar with the building so he went straight to the receptionist area.
Compared to yesterday, the Adventurers Guild was not as crowded and Ban could move freely without bumping on the other Adventurers needlessly.
There are a total of ten Receptionists Table in the Adventurers Guild manned by ten beautiful receptionists. They are the one's task to verify a Quest Completion proof, the ones to decide whether the specific Adventurer has the right requirent to accept a Quest, and other things such as dealing with the new awakeners.
Ban directly walked towards the eighth receptionist, the receptionist that assisted him yesterday.
"Hello, good morning, what can I do for you?" Upon seeing him approaching, the receptionist imdiately greeted him with a smile.
A blonde-haired beauty welcod Ban's eyes as he heard her warm welco.
However, just as Ban was able to answer her, she suddenly interrupted him by saying, "Ohh, aren't you the kid from yesterday who imdiately ran before even getting awakened?"
Ban could only smile wryly from that as he recalled his pathetic actions yesterday. However, he did not regret it as it sohow led to him obtaining the Almighty Summoner System.
"Yes, it was ! So, ahmm, I have a question. How many people did you tell about the situation yesterday?"
Ban did not waste any ti as he went directly to the point. He was worried that the receptionist might have revealed it to many people.
He already learned from the Adventurer's experience that gossips were the most terrifying thing.
He was afraid that so information might get added, replaced or removed while the others talked about what happened to him yesterday.
One thing might lead to another and it might result in sothing like, the people suspecting him of joining the Dark Guild just to beco a summoner with underhanded ans.
"Oh, sorry about that. You don't need to worry though as I only reported it to owner Kuys, even the Guild Master did not know about it."
This receptionist was actually also a part ti employee of the Kuys Bar. However, she only worked during her day off on the Adventurers Guild so Ban was not that familiar to her.
"And besides, why did you run off imdiately yesterday though?" She asked in a tone full of interest.
Ban shook his head and decided to tell a half-truth, "Well, I could not accept the fact that I was not able to Summon a monster on my first try and felt ashad of it."
As he said that, Ban did his best to act as pitiful as possible, just like how he acted in great distress yesterday in front of her.
And just like before, she imdiately believed it. "Well, if I were in your shoes, I would also probably be the sa. After all, the cost of the awakening process was by no ans a small number of gold coins."
Ban nodded his head as it was the truth. After all, he used up almost all of his two years just so he could get awakened but to no avail.
During the awakening process, a normal 16 years old human will need to touch a Beast Core. With so techniques, the receptionist would then help the awakening human to resonate with their Monster that had always been sleeping inside them.
Once a resonance was t, it already ant that one was already a Summoner and they would then be able to summon their Monster without a problem.
Ban did not feel the resonance at all and so he decided to leave the area imdiately before it could get proven that he was really an anomaly.
A single Beast Core cost around a Hundred Thousand Silvers or One Thousand Gold Coins.
However, only rich families will be able to afford that kind of ammount.
It was a known fact that a single Beast Core, even the lowest Grade will be able to successfully support four new awakeners in total.
And due to that reason, to reduce the astronomical cost, the Adventurers Guild decided to divide the cost into four parts.
Four awakeners will share the cost of One Thousand Gold Coins and a single new awakening will now only cost up to Two Hundred and Fifty Gold Coins or Twenty Five Thousand Silver Coins.
( 1 Gold Coin= 100 Silver Coin. )
Ban was only able to save that amount of coins in almost two years due to him working tirelessly all day and having no need to pay for his accommodations and food due to the existence of the Kuys Bar.
Ban could only sigh at his wasted Twenty Five Thousand Silver Coins. He saved it for almost two years and it was gone in a single day like a bubble.
"Ahm, so can you do a favor and keep what happened yesterday a secret?" Ban requested in an earnest tone.
"Sure no problem." The receptionist shrugged her shoulder in response as it was not a big deal to her. She only reported it to Kuys as she also owed Kuys a huge favor from before.
"So is that the only reason why you are here?"
"No, actually I'm here to register as an Adventurer," Ban asked as he glanced at little Eva who only appeared on the receptionist's view until now.
The receptionist was startled at first but also imdiately recovered the mont after.
"I see, so that's your Summoned Monster who refused to get summoned before." She said in an amused tone.
"Oh, I'm sorry for the late introduction but the na's Marrie, it's a pleasure registering you, future Adventurer!"
She stated in a bright tone and wide smile as she extended her hand towards Ban for a hand shake.
