ROAR!
The roar that was louder than all of the Mild Tempered Crocodile's roars was released the mont Ban opened his mouth.
All of the remaining crocodiles shivered and stopped their action the mont they heard the roar. It was the roar of their leader, but sohow, they don't feel any respect towards it, only hate and fear, like how they perceived it from an opposite group's leader.
It was this sa hate and fear that immobilized them for 30 seconds, the maximum ti the roar could immobilize its foe. They were of the sa race or lineage, so it was only natural that it would be very effective against them.
Ban could even see so blood spurting out of the crocodile's orifices due to the Skill being enhanced by the Ant Mask.
Eva and Ban did not waste this 30 seconds doing nothing. Eva moved and went on a killing spree while Ban followed behind closely, storing every dead crocodile that Eva killed.
The stronger ones took Eva so ti to kill, while the weaker ones were killed in one or two blows. Fortunately, the Vital Punch of Eva can be used for a total of five tis so they didn't have any problem almost insta-killing the first five victims.
After 25 seconds, Ban imdiately shouted for Eva to stop. He had also already stored the last crocodile that Eva killed and it was now ti for them to escape. 5 seconds would be enough for that, especially with Ban's wings that transford from using the Partial Transformation Skill with Tria as a target.
Fortunately, nothing in particular went wrong so Ban didn't have to cancel the transformation and let Tria bring them away.
Eva jumped towards Ban's head the instant she heard Ban's cue.
Ban also did not wait any longer as he directly flapped his wings strongly, causing a buzz to be produced. At the sa ti, his surroundings blurred and before he realized it, he was already far away from the rooted crocodiles.
Fortunately, he already planned their escape route beforehand, so even though he was not able to see the surroundings during the blurr, he did not encounter any obstacle along the way allowing for him to travel on a straight line smoothly.
However, just after 5 seconds of flapping his wings rapidly, he suddenly felt exhaustion washed over him.
Yes, he accounted for the route and the manner of their escape, but he did not account for the massive stamina and energy consumption needed to execute the rapid flapping of his wings.
Before he knew it, his head had already started spinning. Fortunately, the mont his concentration went off, the Partial Transformation Skill was also cancelled, allowing Tria to co out of his back and his wings disappearing into the void.
Tria too was visibly exhausted, but she persevered and caught the falling Ban and Eva before she flew forward at moderate speed.
At the sa ti, Rila appeared all of a sudden, wanting to catch the falling Ban. But she was a little late as the mont she arrived, Tria had already sprinted away with a speed even she won't be able to surpass.
"Damn it!"
Rila cursed as she followed behind where Tria flew off.
She was ecstatic earlier as she saw them pass by her. Thinking that it was her chance to tail behind them, she instantly followed suit only to be left behind by them again. When she saw them again, what she witnessed was quite shocking that she remained rooted on the spot.
And when she ca to it, she only heard a buzz and when she followed the sound, she saw Ban falling towards the ground. She no longer hesitated and used the Partial Transformation to transform her foot into that of a bird but long legs.
Using the long bird legs, she sprinted towards Ban as she tried to catch him mid-air, unfortunately, she was late yet again as that dragonfly monster erged and took him away the next second.
Rila could only curse in defeat as she followed behind them, this ti, she was not far behind them as she was using her transford legs. Not to ntion that the Dragonfly Monster was also a bit slower compared to before.
Unfortunately, after 2 minutes, the duration of her transformation Skill ended while the Dragonfly still continued to fly away with moderate speed.
"Damn it!"
Tria could only curse again as she was left behind by Tria again.
Unbeknownst to her, Eva was actually aware that she was following them, hence she ordered her sister, Tria to continue flying away. Unfortunately, her sister could no longer use the burst mode as she was also quite exhausted at this mont, or else they might have already left the one following behind them sooner.
Eva knew that the current situation was not favorable for them, especially when Ban was also quite exhausted from using the burst mode earlier. He was not even just a breath away before he would faint in exhaustion. Not to ntion that Eva actually felt fear towards the woman following them. She was definitely stronger than them, so the only option was to continue flying, hoping to lose her along the way.
When Eva saw her slowing down, she finally heaves a sigh of relief. But for safety reasons, she still ordered her sister to continue flying away, this ti, they did not only travel in a straight line, Eva would also order her to turn left or right to further confuse the woman following behind them.
After another 10 minutes, they arrived on the territory of the Orc Lizard again. As she already knew that the area was already safe, she ordered Tria to descend towards the peak of the mini mountain, so that they could rest.
Tria and Ban were quite exhausted at this mont. Eva was a little better as she and Ban were in the Perfect Harmony State earlier, allowing her to also recover so stamina as she killed the crocodiles with the help of Greed's passive ability Absorber.
Unfortunately, Ban would store them inside the Dinsional Storage Earring so they were not able to absorb and recover much of their stamina.. Not to ntion that it was only a brief mont, so the Absorber ability did not help that much on recovering their stamina.
