Zhanyue opened his eyes and found himself not in the Fairy Spirit Forest. The mysterious creature and Yunyao were also not by his side. He looked around and widened his eyes.

The surrounding trees were different from ordinary trees. They towered into the clouds, their trunks straight and upright, standing like guardians deep in the forest. The leaves shimred with various colors, so glowing with a golden light, others shining with a silvery luster, as if the leaves themselves possessed magical energy. As the breeze blew, the leaves made a pleasant sound, as if whispering, conveying mysterious ssages.

Even more amazing, bubble-like things kept floating up from the ground, as if he was at the bottom of the sea.

Zhanyue reached out and touched a bubble in front of him that was shimring with a seven-colored glow. The bubble popped as soon as Zhanyue poked it with his finger.

Then, a fingernail-sized piece of cake appeared in Zhanyue’s hand.

“Huh?” Zhanyue looked at the small piece of cake in his hand with confusion, then poked the surrounding bubbles with his finger.

Candy, fruit, cake, juice… various delicacies appeared from the not-so-large bubbles. Such a magical scene greatly piqued Zhanyue’s curiosity.

“You… who are you? How did you appear here? Are you here to steal our food?” Three rabbit-sized creatures appeared not far from Zhanyue. They all had different flowers on their heads, each looking like a potted plant that had co to life.

“Didn’t the great Prophet Grandpa say that only the Fairy Spirit Clan can enter the Dreamland of the Immortals? Unless… unless…” One of the Fairy Spirit Clan mbers looked at Zhanyue with doubt. It was a bit bolder and even dared to stare at Zhanyue for a few monts.

“But… we didn’t hear about the Fairy Spirit Clan having guests. How did this person appear here?” another Fairy Spirit Clan mber said.

“Then what should we do?” the third Fairy Spirit Clan mber asked.

“I appeared here after eating the seven-colored mushroom. I’ll return this food to you.” Zhanyue waved his hand, and those small delicacies flew back into the hands of these Fairy Spirit Clan mbers. He could only sigh at how good the food of these little spirits was. Whatever they wanted to eat could be obtained directly from these bubbles. The abundance of resources in this world was simply unimaginable.

“He doesn’t seem like a bad person.”

“Yes, he seems very polite.”

“No, no, the Prophet said that only the Fairy Spirit Clan can return here through the seven-colored mushroom. Others can only enter through the teleportation formation and must have our consent. Everyone be careful, he’s a big liar.” One of the smarter Fairy Spirit Clan mbers said.

Instantly, Zhanyue felt three powerful auras locking onto him. He frowned. He told the truth, but it seed to have caused an even bigger misunderstanding.

He wasn’t afraid of fighting, he was just afraid of hurting these little ones. After all, he didn’t co here to make enemies with the Fairy Spirit Clan.

Unlike the young Fairy Spirit Clan mber outside, these three Fairy Spirit Clan mbers possessed extrely strong combat power. White spiritual energy seeped out from their bodies. One of them transford the white energy into a fox, one into an eagle, and another into a fierce tiger.

The three creatures ford from spiritual energy were lifelike. Zhanyue even felt a great threat from them. The three little Fairy Spirit Clan mbers were very cute, but these spirit beasts were very formidable.

“The Fairy Spirit Clan… must never be offended.” Zhanyue instantly made a decision. If he casually encountered three Fairy Spirits that were already so powerful, there must be even stronger experts in their clan.

The three little Fairy Spirits attacked simultaneously. The fox, eagle, and tiger all charged towards Zhanyue. Zhanyue closed his eyes and didn’t fight back. The three attacks all stopped in front of him at the sa ti.

“Why didn’t he counterattack?”

“I don’t know.”

“Maybe he’s not a bad person?”

The three Fairy Spirits discussed for a while, occasionally glancing at Zhanyue.

Then, two Fairy Spirits stayed to watch Zhanyue while the other one left.

“Please stay here for a while,” the little Fairy Spirit said politely. It then popped a bubble beside it, and a piece of candy fell out. It imdiately put it in its mouth, revealing a happy smile.

The Dreamland of the Immortals was a true land of happiness. There was no war, no plague, no famine, and even no… death. However, this land of happiness had always been enjoyed exclusively by the Fairy Spirit Clan.

Zhanyue smiled and sat down, curiously observing his surroundings. The two Fairy Spirit Clan mbers also curiously observed him.

“What race are you?” one of the Fairy Spirit Clan mbers asked curiously.

“Human,” Zhanyue replied. He patiently waited, estimating that the Fairy Spirit that left had gone to find soone who could talk. This was in line with Zhanyue’s intentions.

“Human? Never heard of it.” The two little Fairy Spirits had never heard of the Human Race. Their understanding of the outside world generally ca from stories told by the elders in the clan or from various storybooks, but they had never heard of the Human Race.

Not long after, the Fairy Spirit that had left returned. Two figures followed behind it. One was an elderly Fairy Spirit Clan mber. Although he was only the size of a rabbit, his white beard was much, much longer than his body. Such a long beard naturally wouldn’t be dragged on the ground, but was held up by the claws of a cyan and red parrot behind him. The elder was wearing a blue robe and holding a wooden staff in his right hand.

“Greetings, Prophet Grandpa.” The two Fairy Spirit Clan mbers all bowed when they saw the elder.

“No need for formalities, children.” The elder’s gaze had already stopped on Zhanyue from afar, his eyes filled with confusion, fear, and excitent at different tis.

“Did you really enter by eating the seven-colored mushroom?” the elder asked bluntly.

“Absolutely. There’s still one of your little Fairy Spirit Clan mbers outside, along with my friend. They can all testify,” Zhanyue said.

“The little Fairy Spirit outside? It must be Tao Tao. It sneaked out again, so disobedient,” the few little Fairy Spirits whispered among themselves.

“Is that so?” The elder waved the peach wood staff in his hand, and a huge bubble rose from the ground. Then, the elder waved the staff, and the bubble burst. A figure appeared inside – it was the Fairy Spirit they had encountered outside.

Zhanyue widened his eyes. The elder’s technique was too strange. And in the outside world, Yunyao also discovered that the Fairy Spirit she had trapped had directly disappeared. She didn’t even sense any spatial fluctuations.

“P-Prophet Grandpa.” The little Fairy Spirit who had sneaked out trembled all over when it saw the elder in front of it.

“I know, I’ll go to the confinent room,” the little Fairy Spirit was about to go accept its punishnt, but was stopped by the elder.

“Before you leave, first tell , did this person co here after eating the seven-colored mushroom?” the Prophet asked.

The little Fairy Spirit looked at Zhanyue, only now noticing that this person was also here. “Yes… he listened to and ate the seven-colored mushroom, then disappeared. It was clearly the teleportation light of the Fairy Spirit Clan.”

“Alright, I understand.” The elder let this little Fairy Spirit off the hook. The heart that had been suspended finally settled down, and a smile appeared on his face, making Zhanyue’s heart tingle.

“Young man, do you know why you were able to co here after eating the seven-colored mushroom?” the elder asked, looking at Zhanyue.

“Senior, I really don’t know anything about this matter,” Zhanyue said, equally honest.

“Because… you’re also from the Fairy Spirit Clan!”
